Had a flat tire after coming out of Joshua Tree. Put a spare tire on and stopped by John’s Garage to get tire patched and put back. I wasn’t expecting it to be very quick. Great service!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Popped one of my tires and they had one used one (looks practically brand new) in stock. Walked into the office at around 11:15am and walked out around 11:30am. Staff was amazing and prices were incredibly affordable!! Will always recommend this place to everyone.

Had my car inspected and quoted for maintenance. Made an appointment for said maintenance. Was supposed to take “1-1.5 hours.” Over 3.5 hours later, I’m still waiting for my car, because “it’s finished, but there’s a truck behind it, so we can’t get it out.” Can’t make that up. Also was charged $100 for checking and replacing a simple fuse that I was not made aware would be charged as a “diagnostic.” Was told they “thought” they told me prior to performing the $100 fuse check, but they did not. I don’t even know if they do quality work yet, but if you value your time or money this place MAY not be for you.

Had an emergency tire situation over the weekend. Monday they got me in first thing, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very grateful

We went to several auto shops but only here they could fix our issue related to steering! We were so relieved. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

Daniel and Jd are Goats they know what they are doing with tires I recommend if you want ur tires replaced, mounted or balanced these guys know how to work tires I recommend asking for these gentlemen if your looking for anything

If I could give even more stars I would. My parents, six kids, and I have been driving cross country for the past few weeks from Massachusetts. Today in 105 degree heat just outside Joshua Tree we heard a sound coming from our right rear brake. We found John’s garage at 1230- an hour and a half before he was set to close- and we went there as we were 10 minutes away. Immediately John was willing to help, quickly diagnosed our suspicion and fixed it in no time. He didn’t charge us anything and even gave the kids freeze pops. Amazing, amazing service and an even better human. Thank you- and I can’t recommend his garage enough!
