Inspire has been managing my rental for the last six years seamlessly. They make being a landlord easy! Deposits, monthly owner’s reports, etc come like clockwork. Easy to use owner portal with easily exported tax documents. All around…..easy!

We needed to sell our rental house in Joshua Tree and called upon Dori and Merl to help us. They we both very helpful and gave us some great ideas to help clean up the place to make it more desirable for selling. They also helped in finding some good contractors for the work that needed to be done to the house. Meeting with them was super easy and they were alway available if we needed. Merl even met a delivery for me when I couldn't make it. Super nice people and very knowledgeable about the entire sale process. They made it a breeze and everything went extremely well. We would recommend them to anyone.

Did not credit application fees after text agreement. Didn’t like the brokers rudeness or bumpkin professionalism. Don’t rent a property from them they will make excuses for their owners laziness in getting your rental in tip top shape. They don’t like outsiders and yes read between the lines on that comment.

Never refunded our application fee per text message/email. They were great to work with in the beginning Jill is wonderful but her sister Taylor I feel has some personal issues and doesn't like to be challenged. Very defensive and unprofessional she enjoys talking down to to tenants. The broker Karen is a whole other ball of disappointment and bizarre. I get that old timers don't like out of towners moving into the area but that's what grows the community. Fulfilled the rental requirements ( even more so) and were going to move into the house but the management and owners dragged their feet on getting it ready and waited until the day before move in to complete tasks. Taylor acted like what we were expecting was over and beyond the normal scope and I felt uncomfortable with both management and owners so backed out. At least we got our deposit back but not the app fees. They were very rude when my daughter (who was a coapp) went to pick up the check. I feel like we dodged a bullet with this group. The area in general is great to visit but after the festivals dissipate you're left with a town that is struggling and too many airbnbs next/in residential areas. Locals can't stand people from LA and make that known loud and clear but will take your money. Anyway maybe they are better when purchasing a home but you'd be better to go with maybe Roadrunner which is connected to Coldwell Banker RE for rentals

Jill was amazing throughout the whole process of us wanting to rent out our house , although we decided to sell , I would 100% recommend this rental property management company as they go above and beyond , are super professional, great communication and Jill is super friendly. They really go the extra mile to find qualified tenants , if anything changes with our house sale, we’ll definitely use them! ???

I have a couple rentals and have been managing one of them myself, while getting the other one ready to rent. I am relocating to Washington and decided that I should have a local team who can address any tenant needs. I am so happy that I've gone with Inspire to help with managing the properties. Taylor has been fantastic with getting everything setup and has been so easy to work with. There are some loose ends to tie up with one of the houses and Inspire has been wonderful with recommendations for HVAC support, contractor/handyman help to button things up, and even support with coordinating remaining installs happening after I head up to Washington. Even if I moved back to the area, I would still have them manage the properties. The experience I've had with them and value they provide is well worth the reasonable commission that they earn from the rent collection. I like to be an attentive landlord and keep everything maintained. With Inspire, I feel very good about the future upkeep and management of my rentals.
