“I like Ross better than Marshall's for clothes (plus suze) but NOT customer service. Usually there's a line to pay, but today, the sole cashier had a long line and issues with a customers card processing. The Hispanic female coworker stood 15 feet away the whole time, and became irritated when she had to clear something on the sole cashiers register. Afterwards she walked away leaving the line of 5+ people waiting. I saw another employee come near the front and I thought she would open a register but NOooo she turned and disappeared.Customers don't seem to mean much to this crew! I felt bad for the older lady working the sole register. There was a 4th employee who came to the front, just to disappear.WOW, Marshall's will be where I shop from now on!!!”
“We found this amazing little place on our way to visit Joshua Tree for the first time. The girl working at the front had incredible customer service and was super sweet and welcoming. We go so many things including crystals, soaps, and my husband lucked out on a well preserved coat from the 70s which he happily wore to the park afterwards. When we come back to Cali, we will definitely be stopping by again!”

“I needed a bathing suit, they had a bathing suit. Also grabbed some cute earrings at the register. Lots of unique items. There was something a little “off” when I walked in but once I went to purchase my items, the lady at the register was really kind. so I kind of talked myself out of whatever vibe i thought I was feeling. Overall I’d come back, they had cute things.”
