“Chiming in here for a shout-out the the Yucca Valley Home Depot service team and cashiers. We have remodeled four homes in the area, and have had nothing short of amazing experiences at this location. The customer service desk employees are all knowledgeable, most have worked there a long time, and can handle quick returns on multiple cards, purchases, and online and in-store orders (this sometimes gets complicated and they all handle it with speed). The paint department is amazing with long-time employees also. Home and Garden Center is well-stocked with a nice separate entrance and exit, like all Home Depot's. Tuff Shed representative is knowledgeable also. Cashiers are fast and friendly and always have dog treats. We have special-ordered windows and appliances, all without a hitch. I feel grateful that this store is in the area to accept in-store orders also, this is a revelation when you are unable to ship to the job site for any reason.”

Tractor Supply in Yucca Valley, CA- I have been shopping there for years- ALWAYS a good experience. Recently, I had a ...TRICKY issue regarding a return of a relatively expensive item, [it was mis-boxed at the manufacturer, no fault whatsoever on the store or staff]. Adrian on the sales floor / warehouse was- EXCELLENT. I, personally, have been in sales and customer service for the better part of 30 years- working primarily for a "Big-Box Membership" type store, all over the US as I was a "floater". I say this because good service should always be expected, but OUTSTANDING SERVICE? That's always to be commended! It rises above!
The quality of a company, can ONLY be as good as the PEOPLE whom are employed there. It goes from the DM, to the Store Managers, and AMs, the supervisors.
LINDSEY! (She is one of the Managers at the Yucca Valley store; WOW!! Talk about "leading by EXAMPLE"- just so impressed. Lindsey was able to handle the return with efficacy and QUICKLY, no messin' about! We were able to get it sorted on the phone, and when I arrived at the store to finalize everything. Lindsey helped me personally, and again- did more than hoped. I am beyond satisfied, and in closing?
I as a consumer don't EVER want "something for nothin'"..., and when Customer Service entails an offer / option that's BETTER that hoped? Yeah- that's the way to be professional, and more! Nice, clean location- too. IF you need (practically anything, lol) visit Store #1768- you'll be glad you did! I was.

“Needed help with a finicky, very large French-Style door that wouldn't lock right. Responded the next day, they replaced worn hinges, made sure it was working right and even helped to make sure the weatherstripping was in place. Professional work and reasonable prices.”
