I agree with other reviews. Dr. Polland is very condescending and has a very terrible bed side matter. I was very sick when I went to see her. I was very dizzy and could not walk. She sent me home with no medications. After two weeks, I got worse and returned and saw the nurse practitioner. One look at me and checking my ears she know right away what was wrong. A terrible ear infection. If you go there do not see her and see the nurse practitioner. I will be looking for another doctor. I can’t believe DOHC employ her.

Terrible experience. She was curt, dismissive, condescending, needlessly aggressive, didn’t listen to a word I said, and completely misinterpreted basic information that I was relaying to her because she was clearly in a rush to get out of the room even though my appointment was scheduled to be with her. She lacked the basic common decency to introduce herself, even though this was our first visit. I mean, that’s just bad manners. Basically, she just badgered me and I still got zero meaningful information, including no test results. I left there in tears. I had such high hopes that this would be a great, cooperative practice where I'd really be heard and be able to set out long-term goals for better health with a focus on what the doctor's website says are her specialties--food as medicine, heart health, integrative approaches. Boy, was I ever wrong. I had already done intake with a nurse practitioner on another date, so I had been told this was supposed to be the day I discussed more complex issues with the doctor. When a nurse practitioner (who was very nice) came in instead, I was really confused and asked where the doctor was since I was told that's who I'd be seeing. I had prepared a concise list of concerns and questions, since this was our first visit. The NP went to talk to the doctor, and the doctor marched in, lectured me on how she and the NP had spent an hour on my chart and the NP was fully informed. She didn't ask how I was. Nothing. Just snapped at me, "What can I do for you?" and NOT politely, I might add. I tried to ask some questions, but she basically tossed business cards for other departments to me and flounced out. Also, she didn’t seem to care that my BP for whatever reason had spiked to 157/105 and at my previous visit with the NP it was 110/60. Beyond unsympathetic, rude, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. Clearly, having to see me was just a hassle despite the fact that I was scheduled with her, arrived early with prepared questions and copies of files just in case. First call I made when I got home was to my insurance company to change GP. All I wanted was some help, someone to answer a few questions, and a little kindness. Never, ever, ever, ever will set foot in there again. Great office staff, though.

I would never recommend this Dr or office. As a new patient, I never received my lab results, in over a month, none of my prescriptions were called in and no return phone call from anyone in their office, after numerous attempts and messages left. My last call, a girl answered named TC and was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, mocking my complaint, and brushing me off (again, no return call). I’ve never experienced such unprofessional care and hope no one else experiences what I did; this is people’s health and lives. **Disclaimer that Danielle, at the front desk, was the only person to exhibit kindness and professionalism.

I was able to come in with last minutes’ notice. Pricing was good seeing I was a cash pay patient. Highly recommend Dr. JP.

Positive environment. Everyone here is a pleasure to be around. It’s never difficult to schedule an appointment and paperwork is minimal for first time patients. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment April 26th. Just needed 1 prescription and to have my forearm checked due to a known tendinosis issue I have. They set an xray appointment which I went to that day. The person I saw at the physician's office, Rae, said that based on those findings we may need an MRI (usually the case with tendons). Weeks later, maybe 4, I had to physically go back to try and get the prescription filled - even though I called twice before going in to check the status. Still never received any feedback from the bloodwork and xray I had done. The next appointment (set for mid-June) was moved up to May 26th. That morning, 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they called to cancel the appointment. I called back and set a new appointment for 2 weeks out. 5 minutes later, they called back and said the dr was available for a video call where the Dr. went over my lab results & informed me she would put in for physical therapy and it could take up to 10 days to hear back. Today is June 20th (3 1/2 weeks from the call with the dr) and I still haven't heard back. Good thing my arm is still in pain and it's been 8 weeks since the first visit.Scheduled an appointment with a different dr. Glad to know caring physicians still exist (sarcasm). Not really sure what I paid for.

After looking for a new primary care physician, Dr. Jones-Poland came highly recommended from a close friend. I feel she takes her time to listen to my problems, I never feel like I’m being rushed. The office staff is fabulous too! Highly recommend her.

They did a great job with our recent move. Wrapped some delicate items well, mindful of our newly painted walls. The move was done without any problems. I’m happy with how the move went and wouldn’t hesitate in hiring these guys a second time.

Called for an appointment. They emailed me the registration form. I filled it out, called back and got an appointment within a week. I met with Chelsea. She was awesome and very attentive. Ordered me all the tests I needed. Labs and imaging were all within a mile. Happy to be at a smaller more personal office.

I feel like she really cares about her patients, not in it for the $$$. She took the time to explain things well. Wonderful doctor.
