“Rave! Emily is a wonderful store manager, she explained the process of buying a bed and frame, even helped me get a discount by signing up for big lots online. When it came time she helped me load the bed and boxes into the truck and had a good attitude the entire time. She never got frustrated and kept her poise. A good example of a great manager.”
