We had a horrible experience with our previous realtor, who never communicated or showed up when we needed them , They basically just wanted our money so me and my wife decided to find a new realtor and that is when we came across Cameron . I wish that we knew about Cameron in the first place because he is the best realtor I have dealt with! He is great on communication and will do anything and everything to help you with your home journeys. Cameron even helped us with finding a great handyman for some of our home repairs that were needed. Cameron was there for us every step of the way through the entire process and until-my home was sold ! Cameron has been a huge blessing to us from start to finish and we are so grateful. Best agent in Joshua Tree. I've sold a few investment properties in JT and he is hands down the easiest to work with. Knows the market and just how far I could push it. Has all the contacts I needed to do minor repairs to satisfy the buyers. Got the escrow closed fast, with no problems for me (I suspect it wasn't that easy for him). Great negotiator. Always kept me informed of what was going on. Love this guy.

Cam was excellent. We spoke for about 30 minutes on the phone several times over the course of about a year prior to me ever listing the place. He had given me such personal attention prior to my commitment to become his client, I knew I'd be in good hands. His listing and marketing were fantastic! Lastly, we had a little hiccup when were under contract which was quite stressful, but he managed it well and was able to get the deal done. Couldn't recommend Cam enough.

When I first had contact with cam about selling my father-in-laws property I was kinda Leary but he quickly put me at ease with his knowledge and ability to explain details in terms that I could understand. He was always available to answer question I had and if he didn’t answer he was quick to return my call. This specific sale was quite trying regarding getting buyer and seller to agree it took quite some time but cam was always patient and reassuring. Very professional and attentive. I would definitely use him again if situation arose.
