Average AMPM. I like that the parking lot is mostly clean. I love that the paper towels are usually stocked and I love that there is usually hand sanitizer in stock, by the gas pumps (which is not the case for most gas stations). Also, they are pretty good at keeping clean window wash and squeegees available.

Management is class and professional that care about the locals and customers. Bare with the staff during the day cause not all of them are " common sense " savvy. Now Heather and Braids r top notch and POLITELY AWESOME.

Update 8.18.23 - they respond to bad reviews and tell you to call them, you call, they tell you to email, you email and no response. DONT USE THE CAR WASH OR SHOP THERE. I WON T BE AGAIN.-10 Stars. My truck was damaged by a little yellow chain the size of my car key that was put across the entrance to the car wash on July 30th at 9:00am. The traffic cone, that is clearly out there because the establishment and management know its a hazard when the chain is up, was sitting in the planter bed to my left when I realized I had driven through this chain. It damaged my grill on a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 truck. I called the area manager Robin Rose, before she would even listen to me, gather information or agree to meet with me to see my pictures, she said "we had the cone across the entrance to the wash, its on video, we cant help you". I asked to see the video because it was a 1000% lie, it was in the planter, (and I have an employee who is a witness), she said "you will need a court order to see it". This woman should not have this job, what a waste of a human being. Jim DiPierro if you CARE to hear my side of things, your incompetent area manager Robin, has my cell number.Update: you responded and asked me to call customer service. When I called, an automated voice directed to send an email to customer relations. That is done, I await your response.....8.14.23 - Ok customer service its been a week, when will I hear from you???8.15.23-I guess the response is their standard answer because no one gets back to you so don't waste your time.

I have been a patron of this store for as long as I can remember. I used to work for this store at it's prior location. And let me tell you, these cashiers are not very educated. When a customer goes in and buys a drink, gives the cashier a twenty and some change (16¢) bcuz the total was $14.84 and asks for $5 back and the cashier looks confused so the customer breaks it down for them, so they call over two more employees one of which said he was a manager and the customer, who just wanted his $5 bill was having to explain it again and the employees refused to sell him his items and asked him to leave and not come back. I was appalled! The customer stated he comes in 2-3times a day to give them the business and they kicked him out bcuz they were...what? Embarrassed? Still couldn't get it? Idk. Crazy shit.

The customer service in the store is awful. Lady at the counter says you have to pay at the kiosk. I said last time I had to pay inside because it wasn't working. The last 2 times I went for a carwash had to pay inside. The gal Crystal said it always worked. I said, no it didn't. Then the manager came from the back and said it's working now. I said but it wasn't working right.? She said yes, but it's working today. I made a face at Crystal and she called me a bitch. I was going to make a purchase but I was so irritated that threw my cookies and I left.

This was a nice place to get gas right before going into Joshua tree. It was an arco and they took credit card which made it easy for me. The place was also fairly clean.

kid at the register asked to scan my license when i tried to buy a beer. when I asked why, He said and I quote, "its the law" lol omg really? so i asked which law that was, ( there is no such law) and told him that whoever told him that there is a law requiring him to scan an id to sell beer lied to him. He got offended and told me it was his boss and that shes a woman. I guess calling a female a liar is worse than calling a dude one, lol. anyways I offered to pay him 100 dollars if he could find the law on his phone... he refused to try. lol.... the ONLY reason any place scans your id is to collect your info. period.

Sucks I have to even give a star!! I go to this ampm all 5he time, tonight was the first time I had a bad experience. The new dude there with the L.A tattoo needs training from someone that actually gives a Sh*÷. I knew I had $114 or so on my card, grabbed a fee sandwiches and some drinks he miss scanned a sandwich about 10 times then he actually stopped playing around and finally got it to scan, $ came out to like $34 he saidbi owe $6, I told him oh let's just take 2 sandwiches off so ge did and now it's $21 and says "you still owe $6". What the heck dude?! I left pretty annoyed. Prices already change on cigarettes every day (usually depends on the cashier) but I know what they're doing, it's bull but I'll deal with 75cents here n there, this guy literally didn't care and neither did his coworkers that he was trying to first rip me off and then he pretty much demanded or I was sh*+ out of luck.

Just paid $14.00 for a wash that was a real bad wash. Don't waste your money. The wash only lifts the fine dust. The dirt was just pushed around my car and actually looked worse after. Went in to show the clerk what the wash did, and was told I can't do anything for you and I don't know what to say. Came home sprayed the car off and dried it. Looks much better. Don't pay for this real bad car wash system. It is bad Everytime. Seriously bad.
