We love this bike shop not only did they answer all my questions but they provide me with a lot of knowledge. I am new to the cycling world and they help me soo much . Strongly recommend this place .

Very friendly people. My boyfriend needed help with a few screws, and putting some pieces together for his bike and they willingly helped him! We will definitely be back, the gentleman that helped us was so patient and didn't mind lending a hand.

Came into the shop today to get my little girls tires fixed. They took care of them right away to get her back ont he road. The gentlemen even stayed a little after hours to get the job done. Very professional and very affordable. You guys earned 5 stars for sure. Thanks for the help!

I had amazing assistance at Yucaipa Bike Center. They are professional and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about putting my bike rack together. They put it together, installed on my car, snd showed me how to use it. PS: I am 71. Thank you so much.

Went to Yucaipa bike to see if they could help me out on some brake issues on my wife's 3 wheeler because I live in Yucaipa . Ask the gentleman working if he could look at it he said to busy , then he said make a appointment. Wow I wasn't asking him to fix it , but walk outside 30 seconds and see if he could point out to me something to help . Nice service bet next time I have a issue Yucaipa bike shop will be a NO !

I need to repair on my bike. They replied to me that we don't work on this kind of bike which is a bunch of bull and you just can't bring a bike in here and drop it off so he sent me to Cyclery USA they fix the bike in 10 minutes, so now I got a new bike shop. They actually did me a favor. I also stated that we just work on treaks which is another bunch of bull, so USA Cyclery also works on treks I do have a electric treck and a new bike shop thank you

Amazing service. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. They were upfront and honest on what my bikes need to be repaired. Got them working great and very affordable. Still the best bike shop around!!!

Not happy at all. I purchased a bike last night 2/9 and the rims are untrue and the brakes aren't even tightened down. I am debating whether to take the bike back and get my money back. If this is how the deliver a brand new bike I'm scared of their service. If they were as concerned about the assembly as they were about putting the reflectors on it when I WAS PICKING IT UP. I would not be posting this.

I guess now I'm gonna be that guy.Went in to buy a thorn resistant tube for our baby stroller. No problem with them charging double the price of a tube that you could buy online. But then they're going to turn around and charge you 15+ dollars to put a tube in the tire that I already brought in and put some air in it. Maybe a 2 minute job over estimating.I understand you guys gotta make your money. But I feel like that's pretty bad business. I'm not gonna say I'm as good of a bike tech as you guys. But at one point in time I was a bike tech. If you bought a tube from us, I would take the one minute, maybe two minutes to put it in for you if you have the tire and tube right there in store, and give you some air. We got six bikes in our family . triathlon,Road bikes, mountain bikes, and going to be in the market to buy bikes for my son as well. Makes you reevaluate what stores you wanna give your business to if they are basically charging you $15+ dollars for some air.

UPDATE ...... 2/15 Yucaipa Bike Center rocked it and took care of business. I took the bike into the shop and showed them the issues. The immediately apologized and showed legitimate concern and offered take care of the bike and get it back to me as quick as possible. I expected 2-3 days but they reached out to me the next day saying the bike was ready to be picked up. They even offered to extend the service period to 2 years for the inconvenience. Also, the helmet that I got ended up on back order with no expected ship date, so they went to another shop and got one. I have gotten a few rides in now and the bike is working and riding great. Now the rider just needs to get as good as the bike. It is easy to right bad reviews and forget about them. But let me say this, yes, I was very upset and frustrated but Yucaipa Bike Center made it right without excuses and that is the kind of place I want to do business with. Thank You to Yucaipa Bike Center and I look forward to doing business with you for a long time to come.I purchased a new Marlin 6 tonight. Super excited till I got home. I found that the new bike has two rims that are both untrue and the front brake rotor is rubbing. I put the deposit down on Sunday and was told it would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. We will call you as soon as we get it in. I had to call to see if it was in yet. So far not happy with Trek Bikes or Yucaipa Bike Center. Why would you let a bike leave your shop without making sure it was ready and right? I'm seriously considering getting my money back and doing business elsewhere. Customer service does not exist anymoreFound another issue last night... I was to frustrated to post last night. The disk brakes aren't even tightened down! Seriously are you kidding me? I'm definitely not very pleased at all. I'lol let you know the final outcome, if they make it right or if I give it back.
