Note left in mailbox stating nobody was home to sign for package. However, no effort was ever made to try to deliver the package per review of my ring cameras. I tried calling the number on the note 4x, and not once did they pick up the phone.

I've had to ship out mail and they're always pretty nice about it. The staff is helpful and the times I've gone I am always satisfied with the service. It's quick and easy. Never busy really. Small but comfortable

went on a Tuesday at the yucaipa location to have a package delivered to Dallas TX, today is Monday was not delivered! I will most definitely never ho this post office again, will just use my local post office, they never lost a package.

First time coming to this post office and I had a feeling my request to pick up Mail would not be accepted. I spoke to the lady at the front desk who told me she would have a supervisor contact me. After about 30min another female employee took down my tracking number and provided me with my Mail. Thank you Yucaipa USPS you are amazing!

Again my new home landed my new address with the Yucaipa USPS.When an important delivery was not delivered, I rolled my eyes and grabbed my shoes to head on down. (This was AFTER 45 mins on phone only to find out it was a phone center hub with no realtime bill) once down there the woman got that the package was "undeliverable" and was scheduled for next day. Anger rising and tone becoming hostile, I stepped back. Big breath, and....I apologized for my attitude and thanked her for her time. She told me to hang out for a min?20 mins later the manager had in his hands?Hand shake with him, thankful smile to her and I was on my way with yet another warm feeling in my chest that I picked the perfect place to live.

This review is in regards to the management at the yucaipa Post office.
They appear to be incompetent and should be replaced.
They should remove their phone number as no one ever answers the phone there.
No excuse for this type of service you Yucaipa deserves better.
