This store was bought by another family. The prior family ran an exceptional UPS store. The new owner has gotten off to a rocky start. A lot of people are not happy with the way they’re treated, etc.. As time goes on, they appear to be finding their footing. They still handle Amazon returns efficiently.

Strongly recommend this UPS Store. We use it mainly for our shipping needs. Today 7/1/24 we needed help with a past shipping receipt we no longer had. Mica went above and beyond finding it, via information we gave her, and emailing a copy of the receipt. She also took extra time to make sure it was clear and legible before she emailed it. We have always been happy with our service at this store and we are super grateful for the extra help!!! THANK YOU MICA!!!
