While Im mostly happy with their mobile service, their 5G internet sucks really bad. It was a great price and they even lowered it if wed stay with them, but I cant do it any more! Im sitting here on a Saturday afternoon trying to watch something and it only plays for two minutes and then stops. I try the ps4 and it wont work. I go to settings and it says Im getting 73.2 kbps download and 24.6 kbps upload. Thats Kilobites per second...not megabites !!! Im trying to update my iphone and by the looks of it, its going to take hours. I try to update fortnight on my ps4 and it says 65 hours left. Im fed up!!! I try to call 611 to complain and get "your wait time is approximately 40 minutes"...of course if is!!! And when I do get someone on the line, their names going to be Bob from India who is making 3.00 a day and hes going to have me unplug my router which is going to give me a new ip address, which means Im going to have to sign into every app all over again. And Hulu only allows you to do that so many times, and for what, so Bob can tell me he is actively troubleshooting our connection just like hes done a few times before and not a damn thing will change!!! What is it with these companies now a days? They offer you crap service and even crappier customer service, then act like youre being unreasonable when you complain. Well, I cant believe Ive put up with it for so long! Take some of the millions youve made selling this woefully inadequate 1 G internet and build a freeking tower or something!!!

I've been a customer of T-mobile for years. Employees are helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem with the service.

Theo should reconsidered his position as a store manager. He has very poor customer service skills. I have no idea who told him he can be a manager. Oh well, I switched cellphone provider because of him, but T-Mobile wouldn’t care, just one more client gone.

I have been on the phone now for hours trying to fix what this store did to my account. I signed up for home internet and yes, the price is right, but the technical support and customer service you get by visiting this location is atrocious. The looks I received when I came back in to question the information the had in my account was mortifying. I'm looking at switching my services to someone else due to the error they made. T mobile cannot fix the mistake nor my account can be recovered. No answers even with technical support over the phone. Just terrible!!

Went in to cancel internet. Josue was super helpful and even helped me get a shipping label. I feel like the store guys are our advocates with the big company. I appreciate it. No wait time which is different from other stores I've visited.

If you can avoid going here, please do. The customer service is horrible and the staffs starts making faces as soon as customers walk in, unless they know them. Theo, showed little to no effort in trying to help me upgrade my entire plan or get a phone. Since I was there before they opened at 10AM and I was the second customer in, it seemed like I had beat his " friends " so he didn't even try to help. As soon as I walked in, he saw me and walked to the back and didn't want come out, he then came out and was super laid back and wasn't trying at all, kept acting like he couldn't hear me. I asked about trying to upgrade my line and he ignored me 3 times. Yet he kept talking over to his friends that were sitting down right behind me. Super disrespectful. From the reviews, I should I have just gone with girl that was working.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!Went in to get a phone with app that supports 2 phone numbers. The rep took my trade in, couldn't get the new phone with app working, after a couple of hours, I asked for my trade in phone back, they refused. (Co. policy to return trade in devices within 5 hrs) Refused refund, said I had to wait 24 hrs. T-mobile left me without svc to my own phone / number for 24 hrs while activating their phone, with a new number. Returned to T-mobile next day for refund, canceled svc and T-mobile STILL generated a bill for me a month later !I have tried to get my trade in device back with no cooperation from T-mobile store or customer service.8 months later, still no trade in device and no compensation.I WAS GIVEN THE ADDRESS OF THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT by a supervisor from customer service !!!!!This particular T-mobile store stole my trade in phone I just finished paying $800 for !!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION - T-mobile DOES NOT CARE IF THEY PRACTICE UNETHICAL BUSINESS OR BREAK T-mobile Corporate policies.
