Stater brothers is an excellent place to shop for your groceries. They have a great variety of name brand items as well as there own brand and the Crav'N brand. The latter is lower priced and holds up its reputation as great tasting products. Wide variety of items in their line of items. Check them out and givem a try.

I have shopped here over the past years.now I have to go to vons to get name brand,why? I also want customers to be aware of deli employees not wearing hair nets or gloves when touching food.

Preferred going to this location because it's nicer but the customer service is horrible. Wanted some cut up meat and the only worker there told us the "cutter" had left for the night at 9:30 pm. We proceeded to ask if there really wasn't any way for him to cut the meat he said we could go ask the manager if we liked so that's what we did the manager explained that he was new and had not been trained to cut up meat yet which is completely understandable but he had not said that. Once the manager left the employee proceeded to be extremely rude and passive aggressive towards us and say we didn't have to call the manager over when he told us to. He gave us our uncut meat rudely and at checkout we just gave it to the manager and told him what happened. We wanted cut meat because our knives are too dull to cut up the meat.

I was down in yucaipa and I thought this was gonna be a good visit again. I went through the clerk I gave a comment about last time but the lady debra didn't make it a good visit. She was being very unprofessional in front of the customers and was being very rude to her employees. Why doesn't management do something about it? Is it because she's been there awhile? It seems that she's always rude unless she likes the customer. I don't wanna give an experience like this to other customers.

Neighbourhood grocery store. You can find everything you need on the grocery side here. They are very helpful and nice.
