My recent experiences at this store have been exceptional. The associates have had positive and helpful attitudes. They were very willing to assist to make sure I obtained the items I needed. The store was well stocked and the entire experience was easy and stress free.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They refuse to help customers and have a smug look on their face when they do end up doing anything. The manager sat in the office and didn’t do anything either. Bring back Amanda and Apollo. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Again I received above and beyond service. Lila helped me download the Staples Connect app my I could save money on the ink, paper and other purchases. She was so patient and helpful.

Great customer service, I travel frequently for my business and the Yucaipa Location is one of the cleanest, well run stores with friendly and knowledgeable employees I have encountered.

Terrible service, understaffed and their equipment doesn't work. If the company can't afford to fix their machines and provide a good "working" staff... Then close the damn place.!!!

I went to do some printing at 530pm on a Sunday. This lovely lady told me the “manager” was yelling on her ear to do not do more printings. On her own she decide to start my printings, while she was working on them “the manager” started to tell me that they are not allow to do printing this late because they close at 6pm and it’s not same day printing that this lovely lady was “doing me a favor” to come back tomorrow. I told her to put up a sign that says they are not allow to do printing after 530pm and that I wont be back. She had my 5 pages print ready and she denied to give them to me. Poorly customer service.

This is routinely a horribly ran location. Knowing it is poorly stocked, poorly managed, I would never darken this locations door if not for Amazon returns. Which is what brought me today. Kudos to the one employee (Braden) handling everything from Amazon Returns, phone calls, cashier while the manager sat in the office with several other employees loudly gossiping and laughing as the line grew and grew.
