Was'nt happy with the results they refuse to accommodate me for my phone so I had to purchase a phone of there's n even when I asked for a phone with extra memory they still didn't listen to me n sold me a phone with very little memory needless to say they don't listen to there customers but they get there money

Make Omar a manager !! I just needed info transferred from one phone to the other on a very busy day there. While sitting there waiting for my turn I saw how Omar was other customers and he's got the knack for customer service !!! He is an ASSET to Spectrum and deserves high recognition !!!!!
