“To be honest I don't have any 'storage unit' experience to compare this place with but we have been totally happy with them. I ordered the unit online but also spoke with them (the company vs this specific location) by phone. I've spoken to Joyce (AT this location) who was helpful and kind. My only criticism would be the ability to conveniently get out of the gates... but I don't think that's their fault. They used the space as well as they could in my opinion. The other reviewer definitely had a hard time - they must have solved the gate problem by the time I rented space here. We did have large moving trucks deliver into the unit for us and they managed the navigation without issue.”
