Upon arrival,parking is a little tight in front of office, so you might need to park on street. Greeted at the door with smiles, simple, fast process and appreciate how they really try to give you the best deal. Any promotions or discounts they apply it so your first month isn't so costly. The layout of the units in rows giving you a lot of space in between. Leaving feeling good about SecurCare Self Storage, Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The supervisor Tom has done an outstanding job handling any questions I’ve had, and making me feel secure about my belongings being stored here. Honestly the best hospitality I have experienced in a corporate company.

I have been trying to get a hold of the office for over a month. We are currently moving all of our belongings out of here due to rat infestation.can someone please call me regarding this issue. Do not come here for storage! The rats ruined my furniture with urine and droppings.

I need a storage for my business so I called and even went to see some units at different places but when I talk to Tom and met with him I knew secre storage was the place even though Tom was very friendly nice guy it was the serious approach to company polices and security for all of the customers that made the decision to rent here I have a lot of company equipment here and I know that with Tom here my stuff is safe I would recommend this secure care storage facility to anybody / everybody the only thing I would change is my unit for a larger one thanks secure care

When I called to set up my storage unit and payment, I was told that I could receive a military discount but I'd have to pay now and I could bring my ID in person the next day when I brought my storage items. I brought my items and put them in the unit, went into the office with my ID, but the gentleman there said he couldn't do it and to return another day when the person that could do it was there. It's been a few days, but I called yesterday and was told I can't have the military discount because I'm a veteran and not active duty. It would have been nice if they were more clear about their "military discount" policy. I could've checked (and probably still will) into other options and looked for better pricing.

I would give this place a -100 star if possible.Don't listen to any of the other reviews.Worst customer service, worst operation and horrible business practices. Go to any other storage company but not this one.The company onsite manager, broke into my unit and stole my belongings. Claimed it was another tenant. The locks were shabby and not secure. Even though I had a $200 lock on my unit, the hasp was just removed with the lock on it. There were cameras on the property but not in use. The "corporate" office does not exist and just a bunch of greedy investors.I tried to call the manager who just ignores me or if I call from another number, he just hangs up on me. The area manager is useless. My things were stolen and on top they keep raising rates for this unsecured piece of junk. Never rent with these people.

Mgr. Tom is the greatest. Always friendly and personable while maintaining a professional image. Willing to answer questions and offer up solutions. I especially like that he'll make a reminder call when the is due.

I secured a unit online. It was easy, fast, and convenient. Best price in town. Went into the office and the gentleman was so kind. He was knowledgeable and most of all funny and nice. He had us smiling and laughing which is wonderful during these crazy times we are all facing. I give customer service an A++++!!!
