I find the best prices. Levi's for $20. Nice clothes. I like the assortment of candles and tee lights. Household products are very reasonable.

The worst customer service ever! I was walking by the cashiers to see where they are and I see him by the window fixing something so I ask which register to meet him at, and he responds at register 1, but unfortunately since the people walked in the line I have to take them first!!! I cannot believe this, I work in retail and this is not how you treat your customers. Oh and the worst part the manager whose name is NORA is standing right there looking as I walk out mad?? Like really you’re a manger and you let your customer leave upset. Honestly, this is my last time coming here. Ross needs to do better hiring!!! Not to mention cashier name was DARRYL, and as I walked out them the cashier, the manager and security start laughing. Wow what a shame.

This store used to be well maintained with great employees. Lately, it's been very empty, disorganized, and trashy. The new employees are very sketchy and rude. They don't acknowledge the customer and gossip about inappropriate things in front of the customer. My 5, 7 and 12 yo don't need to hear about the ABC people's questionable lifestyles. I shouldn't have to leave a store having to explain to my CHILDREN how those employees live their immoral lives. I will never return to shop here and I used to go weekly. Know the community your in and hire accordingly.... it's like Ross had to meet a quota and put all of those people in one store.

I dont know what happened here,but the store is almost empty. Before they had so much items now is just trash. The new employees are very questionable ? alphabet people. Gross. Better watch your kids around them.

Every Friday I take my daughter and son to Yucaipa Ross. After a long hard week at school I always try to show my appreciation for my children's hard work and effort. My daughter whom is handicapped looks forward to every Friday because of this store and their employees. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. No matter my daughter's nuro difficulties the people here are always aiming to make my daughter's visit pleasant.

If you go with the right expectations understanding that from time to time you'll find a great product at a great price, this is a great store. If you need a specific thing a specific size, it could be a hit or miss.

There was a bio hazard in the store it was hard to breathe throughout the store. All of the customers we talked to could all noticed. The stench gave us all a headache and we abruptly left the store.
