They came and unlocked my car, ddnt leave a bill or collect anything. But called me the following week asking for a balance to be paid. They wouldn’t stop calling. And represnetives where rude. Started getting even more rude after I said I’m not pay the bill until someone shows me proof and why I wasn’t told this when they came to unlock my car.
Gentlemen who assisted us was amazing. Company was unprofessional and had no understanding of our hesitancy to pay something we were not aware of from the start.

Edit: Update 06/16/2024 - Called them again for two more tows in the last week. They’re so quick and legit they just shouldn’t quit. ?

Great company. Lady said the tow truck would get to me in 30-40 minutes. Pedro was there in 15-20. If you need a tow service I highly recommend this place.

My experience with Sam sounds like a true masterpiece. He went above and beyond to not only tow my Tesla to a charging station but also to solve the challenge of a locked key with a dead car. From trying different methods starting with jumper cabling the front to pop open the “frunk” to charging the battery manually to finally using a balloon deflater to pop the window open, Sam's dedication and problem-solving skills are commendable. His continuous efforts and helpfulness truly made a difference in getting me back on the road safely & off a dark open freeway off to the side. It's great that he took the time to hemp me and i appreciate his exceptional service.
Thanks again Sam

I got helped by them on Friday through the sheriff department. My tire blew on the freeway by a pothole. Managed to get off the freeway before my tired started coming off. I’m not sure who called for me while I was trying to change my tire on the road but thank you to whom ever did.
But a 3min towing for $350?… the towing guy was so sweet so no complains for him, but if the sheriffs would of told me how much it was going to be after they “tried” to help me change a tire. Then I would had declined and preferred to stay stranded on the road and hope for a good samaritan would had actually helped and save that $350 instead.
I even spoke to a roadrunner representative that day but they said the charge is final. And finding out others didn’t get charged when they gotten helped before. It’s like a pick and choose situation on who gets charged when they get helped by the sheriffs I guess. But honestly, that charge wasn’t right. That’s messed up coming from the company. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the help and how fast it was but the price just seemed unfair for a 3min tow.

OMG! They would not let me retrieve my personal belongings from my vehicle. This included medication, tools of my trade valued at over $5,000 and the legal and medical paperwork that cannot be replaced. My life is now virtually destroyed, I am 63 years old and the medications with my name on them, the tools scribed with my driver's license number and the pink slip to both my truck and motorhome as well as the keys are gone. May they rot in hell. The San Bernardino Sheriff's department said "We won't get out of our chair to help you" says this is sanctioned theft. Enjoy my belongings. Don't think karma is not at work. DONT use them.!!!!
SO, my girlfriend reminded me that approximately 4 years ago on Oak Glen and 14th how about 12:30 in the morning, coming home from work, one of their flatbeds took offense with my driving however I could not identify any problems and I'm a very safe driver, so the driver of the flatbed employed by Roadrunner towing, intentionally tried to run me off the road. Like, with a vengeance. It took me the better part of 45 minutes to avoid the three attempts he made to hit my vehicle and get home safely even though I was only 10 minutes away the whole time. I let the issue pass, if you read my reviews it's very difficult for me to leave a bad review. Even though the event was very clearly an attempt to physically harm me with intent, pretty much everybody gets a pass on the first attempt on my life. However I have heard from others and have now personally experienced the absolute disregard for anything but their own policies, remember, they got the Sheriffs behind them. And research the law concerning this and yes the law that the lawmakers penned in this area states that the registered owner can get his physical property out of the vehicle if it's been impounded, but it's their policy that caused me to lose a huge chunk of my life. They have the gray area position that ignorance and being a bully backed by the man allows you to overlook doing the right thing and returning someone's property. My tools had my driver's license number on them, I have pictures going back to the purchase date of the vehicle, they were told that the pink slip that was on the visor that was signed by both parties in 2022 was pretty much the sale of the vehicle to me whether it got to the DMV for transfer etc. I was told that I needed DMV paperwork on that vehicle in order to get in it and retrieve my belongings. I retired in 2021 on my social security and since Biden decided he didn't care about the public and let everything go to hell in a handbasket, I ended up being homeless and living in that truck. The truck and my toes were the only way I was going to get through my retirement after the events that caused the rampant inflation that has gripped the nation. My clothes, my laptop, easily 5 to $8,000 worth of tools, medication I need for a DVT that I cannot replace, a small blanket that my grandmother crocheted for me. They told me not to bother because I didn't have DMV paperwork. I told them how obvious it would be to even a third grader that the possessions were mine after seeing my license number on them and my name on the prescription bottles and me unlocking my laptop with a password and I can go on. They literally stuck it in me dry and then proceeded to ignore what would have been the proper thing to do in this case. There will be a lot of sheets being yanked in the near future and I don't have to make things up. I haven't talked to them in 3 weeks. I'll call him tomorrow and see how they respond, their fate is in their hands because in the court of public opinion I believe they will be crucified. And there will be others. IF YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO DO BUSINESS.
