The pharmacy tries to keep up with everything,but most times they are understaffed.So they are patient as they can be considering.I am so glad they stay open.

For the savvy shopper it's hard to beat this place. You have to look for the sales and clip the coupons and know where they put the clearance though or the prices are high. Pharmacy is pretty good too and that's getting harder to find these days. Definitely recommend ?

Love this Rite Aid location. The employees and manager are always so helpful when I can't find something and are always cheerful.

I went to this pharmacy to get some medication for my mom. My regular Riteaid pharmacy didn't have it and they said to go to Bryant Street. My Moms Dr sent a prescription. The Bryant Street Pharmacists told me when I picked it up that, "he would fill this one, but not to ever come back, that he wouldn't fill anything else for me. He needed to keep medications for his customers." What was I? a customer??? I was offended. I didn't know Rite Aid could refuse a paying customer with a prescription. I thought they were all access. I have received meds from Rite Aid in another state.

This is for the store in Yucaipa on Bryant street. The pharmacy is a joke. I have had over 8+ prescriptions for myself or my family. Not one has been filled in a timely manner, and most of the time I have to make multiple trips before I get the prescription. Today I went to get a new prescription. I tried to call to see if the prescription was ready. I got put on hold for 22 minutes and then the call apparently magically hung up. So I get in my car and drive down. I get there, maybe 3 people in the store and no one in the pharmacy. They then tell me they don't have my prescription at all. When I question them, they change their story and say the doctor did not send instructions with the prescription. So I call the doctor's office, and they say that is funny, the instruction are on their communication, by the time I get it figured out they have closed...Anyway, this is the last of my business they will get. This is definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
