Owner was rude. I was dropping of a FedEx return. Owner said I needed to go to FedEx. I asked isn't this a FedEx drop-off, he said no..I need to go to FedEx. I asked if I could buy a box to put my item for return and he said go to FedEx. As I was walking out a FedEx van pulled up. I asked him where is the nearest FedEx drop-off. He said postal annex could help me..lol..I said he told me to go to FedEx. The FedEx driver gave me a box for my return item and a adhesive sleeve for my paperwork to attach to the box and told me go up the street and drop off at Walgreens. So I did that.. no problems whatsoever. Thank You FedEx driver!...Never going back to postal annex (-).

There are plenty of other better places. Their hours of operation or whatever they make up their mind at in the morning. And whoever is behind the counter refuses to give receipt for drop off. And said he's never done it and never will. I drop off a lot of packages and will never use this location again.

The owner is always so nice and welcoming! I’ve been using this store for years and just recently had a good chat with the owner. ReLlt nice guy down to earth loves his job and this town.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received, have spent Hundreds of dollars here utilizing notary services as well as shipping and the owner refused to tape a box I had already labeled even offers to pay any fee he wanted for taping, also offered to buy my own roll of tape which he didn’t have…never again will I waste a dollar here It’s worth the drive to go anywhere but here!

Door says they open at 9:30 am. I was there at 9:30 and waited till 9:45 for the door to be opened. I left because store was dark and door locked. Called at 10 They are finally open but he lied and said he was open at 9:30. Beware he just opens whenever he feels like it and not what the posted hours are.

I wanted to respond and back up Cecilia G's review because I barely went in yesterday, and that man that works there alone is very rude. I'm also hoping its not because of my skin color as well because he was helping white people but just shrugged me off like nothing. He could have helped me better and saw that I was struggling but he didnt care. It was very disappointing.

I have been doing business here for years ! Occasionally the man that owns is it "short"a little rude or busy and I can bypass that . His wife ( if she's still there) is usually so nice or the next time I go in they are nicer and it makes up for the rude behavior. Today I went in for simple mailing. I needed a strip of tape to seal the larger envelope. I hadn't sealed it because I wanted to see if it could be used since I ripped the part that need to be sealed . I was reusing a sturdier mailer so my picture wouldn't bend . He was on the phone , and helping a man get something mailed. I asked may I use tape? He said No . I said no ? I said you can't help me with this ? He said Nope . So I walked out. I did call him but that went nowhere. Now in the past he has taped things up and helped . I mail to family up north and out of state . He has helped me re-wrap or given me better shipping ideas . So this was beyond disappointing for me . I guess back to the post office I go . I really hope my mask and skin color had nothing to do with it but does make me think .....hmmm

I have been going to PostalAnnex Yucaipa for years. I am glad that they are in the area. They offer a lot of different services in one place. They always provide me with friendly and helpful service.

I found this little gem of a spot a couple months ago and forgot to write my review. I had received a Western Union transaction. We went to numerous other places in town to try to get the money, most didn't have the money to do so and then when I finally found a place they would not do it because my middle name was not on there as it was on my ID. It was really important to get this and Postal Annex was able to help me to get it cashed out and sent me on my way. The lady that was working, unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she was wonderful!! Very very friendly and very very helpful. Because of the great service I will go there again for my mailing needs.
