“Best customer service hands down. Josh helped me unload two yards of gravel, was very kind and patient by not just dropping the gravel in my driveway. Josh actually shoveled the gravel from the work truck into the wheel barrel. Alex dropped off cinderblock with his personal truck after the store was closed at 7:15 pm. Alex helped move my boat and backed his truck into my backyard and helped hand stack the block. I would never give business to home depot or Lowe's after receiving this kind of service. The selection and value of products this little home town hardware store carries is top notch. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I know NOTHING when it comes to caring for flora, this is about to change. My yard will be completed with a return trip to Sunshine, I am truly jazzed. “The nursery has a wide selection of plants and trees along with yard ornaments. The staff is very helpful and ready to assist in answering questions or in picking products. They also have a good selection of various rock and other ground cover materials. The prices are competitive and the plants are much healthier than anything you find at the big box stores.”

“This is a long overdue 5 star review for this amazing nursery. I've run a landscaping company for the past 7 years and this nursery has been my only supplier. The service is amazing, everyone from Adam Hall himself to any one of his friendly and knowledgeable employees are always asking if I need anything and how they can help. If they don't have something in stock, they will either go pick it up at their other nursery or look for it and get the item in stock very quickly. The pricing is unmatched, and the plants are always in great shape. I've hardly had any plants perish after installation and when they have, the dripper wasn't providing water to the plant so it's not their fault. But even then they have replaced plants out of their kindness of their heart (this is not their policy but it happens). I visited a lot of different nurseries when I was starting my business to see who was the best overall, and Adam Hall's is by far the best! They moved earlier in 2023 to a new location off Moreno Beach and Alessandro in Moreno Valley and the new location is beautiful! All the plants are organized and there are signs that let you know which plants are where. I highly recommend this family-run business!”

“I FOUND MY FAVORITE FLOWERS OF ALL TIME!! Here the other day. They are named Stock Flowers, only a few dollars! They smell DEVINE!!! These are fully fragrant, with cinnamon and (almost) Hydrangea-ish scents. Home Depot has evvvvverything and a fantastic Garden Center too! I've never met a Home Depot Employee I didn't like : )”

“I went there to pick up two toilets I have a vanity that was pre-ordered. I spoke with a young lady named Jackie who was the cashier at the self check out. It was approximately 945 or 10 o'clock in the morning. She helped me locate my order and had a gentleman meet me to pick up the stuff. She also helped me check out and bring all my material out to my truck. She is definitely a asset to your company and wonderful with customer service. She's a keeper....”
