“Best customer service hands down. Josh helped me unload two yards of gravel, was very kind and patient by not just dropping the gravel in my driveway. Josh actually shoveled the gravel from the work truck into the wheel barrel. Alex dropped off cinderblock with his personal truck after the store was closed at 7:15 pm. Alex helped move my boat and backed his truck into my backyard and helped hand stack the block. I would never give business to home depot or Lowe's after receiving this kind of service. The selection and value of products this little home town hardware store carries is top notch. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Steve please acknowledge Josh and Alex for the great work they do. Awesome employees at this business. Very grateful for all of the extra effort and support in helping me out today. “I love cherry valley. I’ve been going here for at least 4 years when I first moved up here. They are always kind and helpful. They have millions of types of plants all strong and healthy. They are really good for having everything. The prices are fair. You may be able to pay less else where but the plant will be smaller. They have fair prices. I have 12 plus passion fruit bushes , fruit trees and currently hoarding roses. No one has better roses than them. Trust me I am a serious plant shopper an I’m telling you the roses are above the rest. I’m addicted to cherry valley. They are worth the drive from anywhere. The store is like being in a garden.”

“Don't be fooled by the front of the store, once you park and walk back you will be amazed at just how big the place is (it's hiding behind the store). The amount and great assortment of trees and other plants they had was pleasantly suprising! I called earlier to see if they had a Royal Crimson Cherry tree and the lovely lady was kind and checked for me. When we got there a Latino man in a golf cart helped us find the Royal Crimson cherry tree we need to pollinate our Minnie royal cherry tree at home. Wonderful place and great prices!! We will definitely be back!”
