I would not recommend this place. Came in to replace my Internet modem and they messed up my whole account. Now I have 2 Internet accounts and now being charged extra. Also I knew I had insurance on my phone and asked if I did since my phone is cracked but they lied to me and said I didn't have insurance. Unacceptable these people are. I will go out of town now to hopefully get these issues taken care of.

Haven’t been to this store since June. Went this holiday to buy Apple gifts 2023 and the service was the worst I’ve ever been treated in my life. There use to be a girl with a scarf that was sweetest. Now all they do is want to sale you what they have, not what I’ is right for the customer or what they need. IDALI IS THE WORSE SALES REP I’VE EVER INTERACTED WITH! I thank god I was shopping for family not me.NOW IN THE PROCESS OF BRINGING MY FAMILY OVER TO VERIZON
