Stopped by to look for olive tree and some privacy trees the other day. The guy was so helpful and answered all the questions I have about taking care of the plant. Loaded my two olive trees. I came back couple of days later to get 3 plum fine (podocarpus) and bamboo to keep mosquitos away during the summer. This will be my nursery go to from now on, instead of buying from online, or lowes, or the nursery on upper Yucaipa Blvd.

We went to buy roses. The roses are mislabeled. We bought a Dark Lady rose and the roses were yellow and orange...not Dark Lady. Also we were overcharged by $70 and had to drive back for a refund. Also the workers did not know the products.

We bought a blue spruce from here last year and unfortunately it did not make it, it died within the first 6 months but we tried to give it time because the gardener was hopeful that it may come back. We went to inquire about warranty and the woman up front was arguing that we couldn't have purchased it from there because they allegedly hadn't had any for two years. We had the bank statement with the date clearly on there. She said that "it's impossible" for it to die and that we did not care for it but we have a full time gardener who has taken care of the rest of our landscape with no issues of any other plant/tree dying. I wasn't expecting a refund nor even another blue spruce, but I thought they'd at least be more apologetic and possibly give us a discount on another item. We personally won't be purchasing anything else from this location due to the bad customer service. A sincere apology would have sufficed tbh.

Beautiful palm trees, fruit trees and several flowering bushes. Antonio and the lady working there are very helpful and kind. I can’t wait to add my new palm tree and camellia flower bush to the yard.
