I love the fact that they will patch a repairable tire for free. When my tires were worn and really needed replacement, they gave us a great deal, and were able to get the new tires in the same day and even align the wheels. They have earned my customer loyalty.

In all my years of getting a service done it's rare to find for instance a tire shop that you can 100% trust. In Big Brands Yucaipa I found one.
I had new tires installed and in an hour the manager Justin asked me to come in the service area. I have black custom wheels and he showed me a small gouge and some scraping that happened while taking off old tire. Justin explained the accident and how it happened and than told me I have the wheel ordered NO CHARGE to you and will call me when FedEx delivers it !! I can't help but think how many other shops would just install on car and hope I wouldn't notice !
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG BRAND TIRE IN YUCAIPA AND A STRONG THANK YOU TO JUSTIN FOR HIS HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Wowwie! I am a disabled senior and had a tire with a slow leak, so I called Big Brand Tire & Service and spoke with Ashley. She said to bring my truck right over and they had time to look at it for me. So, when I went into their exceptionally clean, organized and well-maintained store, it was so cool and they even had comfortable rocking type chairs for me to sit in while I waited. Was a little slice of extra nice! Justin showed me what was causing the leak and they patched my tire for FREE! I won the tire lottery today with how I was greeted, treated and this whole bummer with my tire turned out to be a fantastic opportunity to meet and do business with this hidden gem of a tire store with excellent service! And it's right next to Stater Bros where I shop all of the time! I highly recommend you check them out and let them take great care of you too. Plus, Justin went more extra miles and did a check on the rest of my old 1995 pickup and let me know if it looked safe for me to be on the road!!!! Now, who does this kind of niceness and care nowadays? No one! I will be back! So, next time you go to Staters or need some tires, please do yourself a favor and let Bid Brand Tires & SERVICE take care of you too, especially us ladies! Thank you Justin and Ashley for this great experience today! You really helped me to "keep on trucking"!

This is the best tire and repair shop that I had the good fortune to use. Their tire prices are significantly lower than their competition and they packed the wheel bearings as well. They got me in and out in a hour. Justin Harkness is the manager and he has very experienced technicians!

I’m so glad I stopped at this location for service! Ashley at front desk was very friendly, helpful, and professional! We felt very welcomed. Mike, the service technician was the best!
