Well, they're still as awesome as they were in my last review but, today was a little different..today the power went out..I don't blame them cause I'm pretty sure the power went out for everyone above them because my friend who lives on 2nd St. their power went out as well & they are above fast 5. Anyways it was only a couple of minuets of power outage..no big deal.

We went through the car wash, our car was dirty but it was just dirt. When we stopped and got out we noticed that there was black residue all down the passenger side. It wiped off but it was not clean after going through the car wash.

I see one guy complained they wouldn’t let him go thru with his truck having sand on it. That’s why I go here, his sand will scratch my paint. Best car wash in Yucaipa

A quality car wash where the automated portion cleans the exterior and the driver completes the wash by vacuuming and detailing the exterior. For me, I've been associated with this company for over 5 years beginning when I lived in Murrieta. For $39.95 as a membership customer, I have the ability of using this facility everyday and as many times as I need to. With all positive comments, there may be a few concerns for the owner of the wash to consider. Clearly, you have posted signs that say a WASH MUST BE PAID BEFORE VACUUMING. In most instances, the majority of your customers follow this simple and posted rule. However, there are THOSE who seem fit to break the most simplest car wash rule and vacuum without every purchasing a car wash. To guys like me, it's irritating to see drivers blatantly drive in from the Blvd, vacuuming and leave without paying for a wash. If the rules are good for the goose, they are good for the gander.

Friendly employees. The car wash works very well. The vacuums work very well. The price could be a bit less but fairly reasonable.

Dakota was very helpful, don't miss out on holiday specials which include free washes . No excuses for keeping the car dirty when fast 5 xpress car wash is a 2 min car wash drive thru.

I prefer to use the quarter machines to spray wash my own vehicles but whenever I'm in a time crunch I come here to get a quick wash before heading out somewhere. Honestly the best option is to pay for the platinum and they allow you to come back with the receipt and get the next wash for half the price. Unfortunately for bigger vehicles, I wouldn't suggest because they don't come out fully clean but with my smaller vehicles it's pretty decent for the time spent driving thru quickly. Like I said, use as a last minute resort if you don't have time to hop out and wash your car yourself

Waited in a line for close to 20 mins to get to the point to pay for the wash itself. Paid for my wash and then sat again in a line for a few more to get in the wash. As I pull up to the wash I realize the sign is showing I'm getting the base wash when I just paid for the top of the line. I catch the kid at the start and tell him and he responds "Oh I'll see what's going on and get it fixed." Then proceeds to run me through with the base wash anyway! Now here I am sitting in the line again to get run back through the wash again with what I actually paid for. I guess Fast5 means 5xWhatItShouldTake to get what I paid for?

This place is fantastic! Customer service exceeded my expectations, the Deluxe wash did not disappoint, even my wheels were shiny after! I didn’t even need the towels that I brought to dry the car, it was waxed and dried when I drove out of the tunnel. The vacuum is crazy good! Def a good deal!

Fast convenient friendly service. Car looked really good after going through the car wash here. We opted for the platinum package while not the cheapest it was worth all the added features. We did not go with the monthly plan option but we are considering it for the future.
