Came in today for a few items but ended up buying more than usual, i do bring my own bags and today I had to bag my own items the worker (didn't catch her name) didn't even bother to help, just stood there besides that she was rude. Been shopping here for almost 2 years and never encountered this, prices are increasing every week seems like, I have all my receipts to show price gouging, this is place is way overpriced and workers not so accommodating.

Some of their staff are rude & careless of their customers. My mother (wheelchair-bound) had said something about there being something in her way, the worker basically yelled & told her that next time she can ask for the thing to be moved instead of complaining about it. She was yelling very rudely to my mother. I was standing up for my mother asking the lady not to yell nor be rude now I'm not allowed in there she also tried to press charges because I slammed ice cream pops on the counter & it got on her (mind you she didn't say anything at that moment about having anything on her & I had looked to make sure nothing got on her) nothing was on her. She was disrespectful & lied to the cops.I did wait for the cops, I did speak with them.He didn't see anything on her & charges were not pressed. I was told I wasn't allowed to go in anymore. Fine by me. I've only met 3 nice workers there the rest are very disrespectful.

This place is not very kind towards homeless people. I am very sick and tired of Yucaipa and the people here being so rude towards all of the people who are homeless. SO cold hearted.......

Me and my brothers went this night to take out money and it was open so we for the wait my brother went to get a drink and when he wanted to get charged the lady that was there my brother ask nicely if there were close and she answered so rude they didn’t even said or ask if we were gonna get something or that they were gonna close we always go there and there’s a lot of nice cashiers but that lady is with white hair she looks old and really mean she does give actitud and she called a other lady to charge and she still act rude so I think everyone need there job and worked because you need it if we are not acting rude why is she in her bad mood if she’s gonna be like that she rather not go Fr.

Gotta say smelled pretty bad in here. Not sure if a pipe was busted maybe idk. But looks messy from the outside, maybe tinted windows will work. But had lot of items for sale. Found what I needed.

There is a manager there named Johnny who doesn't know what he is doing. He combined a return with a purchase and it went on the wrong card. He said he couldn't switch cards because they could not return food! It was not a return! I left the food there and am contesting it with my credit card company. Avoid this store at all costs.

Wow! The ladies working during this mid day Friday are absolutely amazing! I even had a accident that needed a clean up. Friendly, helpful and so nice you would think they are getting paid in gold bullion!One important and much needed suggestion.I ride a few different e-bikes and scooters. Not cheap. To install a few hooks into the cement our front, a bike rack or what have you would make this store 100% Perfect.Ya running around 99.2% currently. ?
