This Chase has the worst customer service. The tellers have no personality and offer you no help. I absolutely hate coming here and will go to Redlands or Loma Linda in the future. All the other branches are bright and remodeled the one in Yucaipa is dingy and looks dirty.

After talking with bank ,problem was resolved and for a big bank they are ok..it seems banks and even credit unions could care less about their customers over all these days but what are you gonna do ? I can't keep that much cash in my house
