Was standing in front of watch cases. Employee was helping a guy with amo no problem stood there for 10 minutes not once did he acknowledge me at all or get anyone to help me so I just left all my items and walked out..

This is my neighborhood's sports store. They have a good selection of gear for different sports from running to workout to camping. The store employees are friendly and the prices are good.

11/09/2023The best Big 5 store I have ever been to! Half a century old now...lol, and have been to many of them. The customer service... fantastic... I mean fantastic compared to all my other experiences. My son and I were heading down to Joshua Tree for the weekend, backcountry camping, and had to get some shoes...They had this old school politeness I hadn't seen in a while... anywhere.Thank you.
