Great customer service here at the auto zone Yucaipa , Todd really went above and beyond such a sweet soul with such great customer service him and another gentleman I didn’t catch his name but they helped my son with his battery with a smile on their faces very thankful ??l a little goes a long way thank you ? ??

Was very busy in there today and I'm not very handy. Shannon went out real quick to help me put my windshield blades on. Got it done in less than three minutes. Thank you so very much. The manager was kind of rude and told me it's not hard to do. She took the time ran out really quick and helped me out. Thank you again.

An employee named Todd provided the best customer service ever! First he made sure I had the correct windshield wipers and then he installed them for me. I never would have been able to do it myself because the old blades were really stuck on hard. So thankful for his help! It was my first visit to Auto Zone but with customer service like that, it won’t be my last.

Brian is never helpfull and rude.I tell everyone not to buy at autozone. Brian does not know how to do a tool return or anything else. Always problems when Brian is at store. Beaumont and yucaipa are so much better. O reily has competent staff and better parts.

I called ahead of time to see about getting a battery checked. Andrew explained the process and it sounded easy. I went in the next day and was assisted by Sociomo (manager). He not only checked the battery charge, he uninstalled it, charged it and checked the alternator. The whole process took about 45 minutes, under the 1 1/2 he'd quoted me. He gave me some sound advice and sent me on my way. I recommend this location to anyone with zero car knowledge like me. They were extremely patient, helpful and professional. Thank you to AutoZone!
