I have had my car burglarized 2x from this location. I specifically warned Manuel about this and both gave him and showed him HOW to lock my car-- the driver's door needed to be locked manually and the rest of the doors, all of them, lock with the automatic lock button on the front doors. Turns out not only did he not remember my instructions and demonstration, and he could not apparently use his own logic and brain to figure out how to fully lock the car, he also DID NOT USE HIS CELL to call or text me so HE LEFT THE CAR OPEN AND I WAS BURGLARIZED.... again. I had cash, a backpack, a mini Buck knife and other items stolen but the WORST was I had PRAYER BEADS given to me by my TEACHER in 1985 with an amulet also on it given to me by a friend in the 1970's, who as passed, TAKEN. IRREPLACEABLE. Manuel's reaction? He started yelling at me (I am the one burglarized, nothing happened to him)-- somehow it was my fault ?! Because he was too, what,? Stupid, uncaring, unprofessional to contact me so the car could remain locked and safe? He was still yelling at me (no apology,no reparations, nothing) as I was driving away. If he could not figure out or remember to contact me to keep my car safe, especially after a LONG conversation and instructions about this when I dropped the car off, imagine what he might do with a job that is complicated.
