Car wash is horrible, three brushes were broken, and the rent cycle did not register Sophos. So when we exited, there was dried verb and soul. They said you just did not go through fast enough. I watch the car come out arguing with the manager, and he told me it looked fine when it was covered with soap.

First of all, my name is Janie Beal I was at this location on 09/14/2022 around 5:50 pm and I needed to go to the restroom, that was out of my hands. I went into the restroom, my stomach was very upset and I was in the restroom for only approximately 3-5 minutes and a women banged on the door, I responded ( I am in the restroom and I will be out in a moment). Continuous banging minutes later and I can here people outside of the door talking. The women that needed to use the restroom was a customer and I was also a customer. When I opened the door a white male and a Spanish female where at the door waiting to confrontme for being in the restroom, for what they say was about now, 25 minutes. First of all, I was using the restroom and that was IT. They were trying to convince me that I should only have been in there for a few minutes! Well I was USING THE RESTROOM! I was asked not to come back and if I did I would be arrested. WOW! What is this world coming to when a person (BLACK) cannot even go to the RESTROOM without being harassed. By the way, when I went back to my car and checked the time, I was only in the RESTROOM for approximately 10 minutes. What do I call this? Racism at its best? Or just plain old Racist? If I had to rate this I rate -5!

I made the mistake of stopping here in the morning at 3:18 am on the way to work. The employee was mopping. Pulled on the doors and he just looked at me. The pump I was at said pay inside. I can’t pay inside if it is closed. There are no signs to say they are closed for cleaning or a break, so as customers we have no clue when it will be open for business. I am going to stop going there even though it is convenient. The other ampm stations in town are open and I never have any problems there.

The location for this business makes it easy access for the freeway. Unfortunately for the last 2 days the store doors have been locked by the employees when I am trying to stop there for gas at 3 am. They completely ignore your presence and there is no sign to indicate if you have to pay at the pump. There are several pumps that are broken and several card readers that don't work. This morning it was the same thing. Door was locked and the employee just smiled at me. I went to use my card at the pump and the pumps were off. I headed down the freeway to the next am pm and they are were open for business. Don't waste your time here.

Check your receipt before walking out of the store!It does not matter if they entered the wrong pump number at the register, they will blame you for not catching their mistake. Thankfully, I was able to work something out with the owner that filled their tank on my gas, but you may not be so lucky. Use at your own risk.

I'm so irritated with this AmPm. Been coming here every morning for gas and coffee before work and they are always closed for "break" between 2:30-3:00am . The employee said that's when he takes a lunch. There are multiple employees so I'm not understanding why they have to close the whole store. But that's fine, understandable.... So I started coming after 3am and guess what? They are stillclosed! It's 3:20am and the guys moping and signaling he's closed. This isn't making any sense. I saw other reviews with thissame problem and the response from the owner is "call us so we can fix it" but that post was 4months ago. What have they fixed? I'm just not going to even come anymore.
