DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE!!! Charles filed my taxes and had my money routed to a completely different account that was never my account to begin with. I've contacted him several times with no response. I am now dealing with the headache of having to contact the IRS/ state franchise board with no help on receiving my funds. This is extremely unprofessional. He does not care about his clients all he wants is your money.

FRAUD!! STAY AWAY!! Charles took my money said he filed my taxes but never did. He blocked my phone number and will not answer my emails. Now we have missed the filing deadline and god only knows what penalties my company will incur because of it. Charles is a CROOK, plain and simple!

Charles is a LIAR and a thief, he cashed our check to file our taxes but never once told us that they weren't able to file the taxes electronically. I will be reporting them to the IRS and I will be making a separate report on Charles as well. Avoid this tax office at all costs, extremely unprofessional and they never answer their phones.

We have used Charles for the past few years and NEVER had a problem, until this year! We filed on 2/9/22 and have not received any notice from Charles or the company. We have called every week since March 1st and they continue to tell us that their paperwork was turned in and that our funds would be released any day. I was called the IRS yesterday 5/3/22 and they do not show any filings for us in the 2021 year. Left a voicemail on the main business line (no response), emailed Charles (no response). I am honestly super DISSAPOINTED in this whole thing. The lack of communication is HORRIBLE!!! Now it shows we have not filed our taxes and could be hit with a fine.

I'm so disappointed. I filed beginning of February and still nothing they won't even return my calls. But it's past the deadline so NOW WHAT? I don't believe them not having their e-file certification is truly the problem if it was they would have offered to us to file by mail. What do we do at this point?! I filed my taxes on January 31st and told me I would have them after February 21st and I haven't received anything I call the office and they tell me there waiting for the IRS to accept the e files I believe they are lying and scamming because they haven't called me and keep telling me the same thing. I filed with Charles last year with no problem and now it just feel like they are lying to me. I'm calling the IRS in the morning. Is anyone else having this problem with the office. I had my sister go in because she lives closer come to found out some lady that works there something was wrong with her fringerprint for the office not to file but they said they filed my taxes last week on Wednesday I called there irs they still haven't e file my taxes and I called Friday and Monday and still no e file the irs said so they are taking there time because the fingerprint should of been fixed now and e files only take two day the irs said so they told me to get my paper back and file somewhere else

We THOUGHT our taxes were done 6 weeks ago but it took until this week for Charles to tell me the truth. They have an internal problem and CAN"T file taxes right now. He cashed our check but never filed for us. Now we are at the deadline and will have to file an extension due to him not being professional and honest! Very poor business ethics! Worst part, because he told us "he filed" when we got the papers home so I paid what we owed the FEDS electronically. Now we find that he hadn't filed our Fed paperwork so our money is out there not attached to a return.

Charles is a rock star and the real deal, he's honest and up front about everything, he's able to get things done in an organized fashion ,and he really knowledgeable .I honestly don't ever seeing me go anywhere else to do my taxes.
