Terrible customer service, I came and asked if my cup that had a barcode for a free slurpee was still useable as I had the cup put away for awhile and the cashier had such a snotty attitude throughout the entire exchange. I kept my irritation inside until I could make this review because what kind of people is 7-Eleven hiring? As someone who's worked as a cashier, if you're not content with your job then go somewhere else

Most of the employees seem nice but in a corporate "I have to be" forced way. There are a few that are naturally nice. The problem with this store is it is brand new and a CORPORATE store and does a crap job at keeping it stocked. A case in point is the soda fountain. They have the best ice in the area but you are lucky, I mean casinos win lucky if the product you like is there and not out of stock. And you can't blame the mysterious supply chain issues because this is not happening at the franchise stores in town. I have gone in and one of the two most popular drinks in the entire world is out or running out. You ask a couple of the employees and they act like they either don't know or don't want to go check to see if there might be another waiting to be hooked up. Another issue is the first three months I was allowed to refill the large insulated cup I bought from 7-11. Then all of a sudden it was like I was a criminal and told I was not allowed to fill it up. Why. Not covid because most another area 7-11's were allowing it. I guess so they could make more money. I love how clean they keep this store but we all know in a couple years it will look like a ghetto store like the rest.

Vanessa with the red hair is awesome! So friendly, always has a positive attitude! Probably one of the reasons I keep coming back. Store is always well stocked too!

Went to pick up an order at this store 2/20/21 around 9:30 pm, the lady with red hair behind the counter was out right rude, she asks for my ID due to picking up alcohol, I explained to her the fleet would not allow pick up if I wasn’t of age, so took the time to go back to my car to retrieve my ID, mind you I do pick ups at different 7 eleven everywhere & have never been asked, as I return she comes back with you don’t have to be rude I’m just doing my job, next time I won’t ask because now I know you.Understand even as a fleet delivery driver, you should know we are technically your customer, you may want to clean up your attitude, just saying
