Customer service is a joke to this store,they refuse to answer the phone and even if they do they just set it on the counter and act like no called them I’ve seen them do it (and they will disconnect their phone if you try calling them back) they give you an attitude if you ask for any food like hot dog or wings and just lazy the place is filthy and infested with ants

No explanation needed more then. I bought this today! As in 09/16/23 almost a year after it expired! Y’all are going to get people sick! Sad thing is this is my second negative review on 7/11 this month just a different one!

Woman who was working around 10AM on January 19th, 2022 was not wearing mask!! Aren't businesses supposed to have masked employees when dealing with members of the public? California has now mandated masks again because of covid surges and the fact that she isn't wearing a mask proves she is violating that measure. I will be filing a complaint because this isn't okay and she is endangering customers. 7/11 needs to do better.Covid is experiencing surges again and it's not fair that employees can deal with everyday citizens yet not take all safety measures possible to ensure they don't spread this fatal disease to innocent people. To everyone who sees this review, please don't come here since employees don't care about prioritizing the health of their customers.Usually the male employees here wear masks so I don't want them to get in trouble but this 7/11 needs to hold this woman (and all of its other employees) accountable when they violate safety protocols. I shouldn't have to feel afraid when going to a store because it's own employees won't take spreading fatal illnesses seriously. I hope she sees this and is talked to by a manager/owner. If I go back in a few days and see that she is still not wearing a mask, I will file another complaint - especially since she has now been made aware that she needs to be wearing a mask. If 7/11 needs proof that she wasn't wearing a mask today, check the cameras.

Check the date of the food you buy they have a lot of expired food ?? I was going through the store and noticed the things I wanted were expired and I accidentally bought a vanilla 7// brand vanilla tougher it expired 3 months ago and I was eating a could bites of it ?? otherwise friendly staff

I dropped by at 230 am for a coffee and there is a sign that says be back in 30 minutes. I don't know if it's an uncovered lunch or just someone on a personal errand

the workers were very helpful, and nice, not rude like others stores, plus your big beef hot dogs with all the trimmings were great, and thank you for the discount on the fountain drink , just for adding my cell number.. Steve .. God bless, 7-11 U ROCK !

Very bad customer service from the cashier who supposedly own 7-11. Mouths off to me and embarrasses me on front of 8 other customers about me having fold stamp. Anyone know where i could file a complaint??? Im so embarrassed and upset about my experience.
