Incredibly lazy employees it’s embarrassing that you guys are allowing them to still work there,the soda machine is always covered in ants and the workers could not care less that area will stay filthy for days. They never answer the phone they always hang up on you and leave the phone off the line. The “hot” food is always cold for some reason. Either it’s cold or stale there is no in between

Bad Service. Took the kids in for 7-11 slushy among other things. The said they ran out of cups for free slushy. It's not what they said, just the attitude. Please clean the place up it's disgusting.

I find everyone in the store to be very niceThat is except for Michael.He is very rude to the customers. He is horrible to the other workers.When I complained about him to managementThey told me he had been removed from the stores. And was no longer allowed to workAlongside other peopleAnd was only a bookkeeper for the store so one office worker. To my surprise todayI found out he is now the manager of the Bryant store.So I will have to find another store to go to

if i ever need to see how homeless drug attics live i can go to the local 711 at any time because it seems to be home to every looser in Yucaipa i get home around 2 am every day but its pointless to stop here as every day there is a sign on the door saying they are closed until 2:15. ? WTF is that not the point of 7 11 to always be open. F*** THIS PLACE for now on Ill go to Walgreens because I know they will be open. Another customer lost!

trust me when I can say I have autism. The staff is not following guidelines during covid 19 people and staff is not wearing masks and the staff will not ask people to wear masks and THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN! Don't go there! It's also not welcome promise you! Because I got rude comments with staff different people and whoever is a manager there they are not telling them what they should do! But that place need to be closed temporarily for find other people!

Arrived at store for my daily purchase and received very rude comments from the clerk on duty "Newsome". This guy is ALWAYS rude, pushy, bossy and I usually don't talk to him. He needs to lose his job. I will not be back to this store anymore.

I called because I was genuinely curious about what candies they had and what the employee would recommend. Unfortunately the man was very rude and said that I would just have to come in, and then hung up on me. I am not really sure what the problem was, I mean I guess I could understand that he is a middle aged man and probably doesn't care about candy but...seriously?

Just went there the guy who works nights seemed to me like your bothering him when you come into the store. On the door it says masks required why doesn't he wear one. Been going there for years but under the new management its gone down hill
