Recently got a 2024 SR5 from here with the help of Greg, Ernie, Dan, and Oscar. Greg started about with some test drives and then Ernie/Dan were able to get me to the right truck for what I wanted. Thank you all for your help and I will definitely refer people here in the future.

I’m a 60-year-old engineer, by nature I enjoy researching and taking my time when making large purchases. I wasn’t planning to buy a Land Cruiser on my first trip to the dealership. In talking with the salesman Gabe Cardenas, he quickly gained my trust. He wasn’t worried about presenting selling points but instead he was truly listening to my questions and addressing them to my satisfaction. Negotiating a final price took less than five minutes. I presented my firm offer. Gabe knew that I had options to buy elsewhere and only excused himself once to get managers approval. There was no counter offer. I drove away with my new Land Cruiser not only satisfied to have purchased a nice car at a good price but knowing that I have made new friends at Future Toyota of Yuba City.

Had a 9:15 oil change appointment and it’s 12:30 and still waiting. This is ridiculous, I will not be getting oil changes here again!
