The worst service ever. I took it in three times this year for the same problem. They're not helpful. Their attitudes are all bad I don't recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic service. Sergio, Betsy, and Aaron went above and beyond in helping me get my new vehicle. I would highly recommend them as a dealer.

Went to get our car serviced. A little slow to get the work done but grateful for our Lyriq and the people that know how to work on them

I cannot thank the guys at Wheeler Auto enough-- I was coming through town in my Chevy Bolt, badly needing to charge. For some reason, was unable to charge the car at any public charge station in Yuba City or Marysville. With only a 10-mile range left in the car, I made it to Wheeler. They immediately checked the car and were able to start a charge. Then, they put me on a fast charge to get me enough miles to get back on the road. While I waited they gave me an ice cold water and comfy chair. I truly appreciate their fast and professional response to traveling nightmare! Thanks Wheeler!

I have taken my vehicle here for service since purchasing in 2019. I trusted that the service inspection included breaks. Not once did they let me know my break pads were low. I ended up replacing pads, rotors and all. Do not trust that this place checks everything they should.

Listen to everyone when they say to stay far away from this place especially service. They will touch the inside of your car with their black greasy hands and wash your car when you specifically tell them not to. I paid a lot of money to have my car professionally detailed and ceramic coated. The professionals said to stay away from car washes as they put scratches on your car. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and balance and made sure they wrote no car wash. Well they are idiots and cannot read and washed it anyways and then are trying to act like it's not their fault. These are the worst crooks I've ever met and I will not take my car here ever again.

We called in advance and Jose had the car we wanted to see all ready for us. He text us the address of the dealership and provided easy directions. We asked for an out the door price, and paperwork was easy, no haggling. Aaron in financing was pleasant and kind. Overall, we had an excellent experience and the car was washed with a full tank of gas when we were done completing paperwork. Nice experience!

I purchased my vehicle at wheeler auto center and have continued to throughout the years to have my car serviced exclusively at this location! Everyone from the receptionist, sales team, financing, service department at even the body shop has been nothing but constant professionals! Tina and Will in the body shop are fantastic and my car was brought back to life, like new, even a few days earlier than expected! I hope I don’t have to be back, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands!

They need mechanics who actually know how to work on cars. If you can avoid going there...do it. Your personal mental health and bank account will happy!! They will charge you for stuff you did not need completed. If it's warranty related...take it to Roseville or Oroville...trust me it will be worth the time and inconvenience....You take it to wheeler and you'll go back because they screwed up something else....and because they worked on it first...its hard for another dealer to touch your vehicle after wheeler hands have been on it.

On April 24th I brought my vehicle to Wheeler Service Center in Yuba City for electrical system diagnosis. On May Third I was called by them and they informed me that my car had been vandalized and that my shift knob was taken, I asked what they were going to do about it and if certain other items were still there, which were always ignored, on May fourth I drove down there to verify what items were missing, the items I noticed were missing were as follows: COBB accessport v3 $675Atom AGS black 394g shift knob $99HP 15.6" Laptop $700 at time of purchaseDeWalt 12v USB charger $42Note that the car has no broken windows or signs of entry, so either they left it unlocked or someone used the keys.I then notified another service advisor about these items being missing, then heard nothing until I called and asked, at that point they didn't say anything except something about the owner's son figuring it out. The next day(May 9th) I called and asked to speak to the owner's son(Cole) and he said that it was none of their responsibility because they can't verify any of those items were in the car, and that they would pay for nothing, he did discount the diagnosis labor however. This diagnosis labor would have cost them very little(probably around 70 USD) and only cost me 585 compared to the $675 the COBB accessport was worth. On May 18th I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up(Only after I asked since they had said that it would be done on the 16th). I then picked it up yesterday, May 22nd, and was charged $300 just for them to splice 6 wires. My car still has no shift knob(I had believed that this at least would be replaced since it was certainly verified as there) and was completely trashed with papers from the glove box and from a bag in the back, also damage/scratches around the ignition. Very shortly after leaving, I realized that my Bluetooth was not working and returned to the dealership. They advised me that it would likely be a few days before they could get to it and would take at least an hour, and said it would be free of charge if they decided that it was their doing, which by all of my experience with them I knew for certain they would not take responsibility for it. So after I returned home I began removing the radio to inspect the Bluetooth module(apps2car which was installed at least two owners ago), once removed I found that the Bluetooth module was gone. So a technician had to have taken it for themselves, leading me to believe that the other theft was done by one of the dealership's technicians.Today I called Cole and he stated that even if it is under their care, in their lot, and they leave it unlocked they are not responsible for any stolen items. They also stated that they have no security cameras anywhere. He also said he conducted an investigation and said that no one should have been behind the radio and that there was no reason a tech would want it. I find it extremely hard to believe that a thief would magically open it, take all the expensive stuff, remove the radio, take the Bluetooth module, put it back together, then scratch up around the ignition.Since they were unable to provide a resolution I do not believe that they should be an authorized GM or Mazda dealer/service provider. I would advise you not to take your car here under any circumstances.

Elton was such a nice, professional and knowledgeable representative of the Wheeler Chevorelet dealership. He answered all our questions, knew the brand, we never felt pressured and he made sure every detail was gone over from the car, paperwork to making sure everything was taken out of our trade-in.Sergio was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient during the financial part of getting a new vehicle.Wheeler Chevrolet should feel very proud to have such great people as employees on their team. Thank you! Barry and Laura Delfino

Came up to take a look at a new car after calling to check it was available, and it ended up being the one for me. Staff was very nice and informative during the test drive, and we were able to come to an agreement over the price that I was happy with. Negotiations were fast, straightforward, and cordial. I visited this dealership from out of town and was happy I made the trip

Brought a 2013 Chevy Equinox in for oil change. Sad to encounter only one technician on duty that afternoon. However, he was swift, efficient, polite and very good at what he does. Once the oil change was completed he summoned us into the office, went over the invoice and the services performed on the vehicle and accurately processed the payment and provided us with a copy & a receipt. This young man deserves recognition and appreciation for a job well done without assistance from any other employees. The technician's name is Alvarez and he deserves a big "atta boy" for the extra mile customer service and superior job. We thanked him and we hope you will again thank him on our behalf. YC Quick Lube is fortunate to have an employee of this caliber. Rose & Ed Daoust

Very very poor customer service. The receptionist needs more training on how to speak with people if she’s the one greeting costumers on the phone. The dealership saw me last minute, which I thanked them for & still do to this day. Because I know it was last minute, but it was due to an emergency & I am not from Yuba City. (Not that it’s their problem, which is why that was nice of them to do) Anyways, they didn’t do what I asked & still charged me for something else. I asked for a transmission oil change with a new filter and they agreed. After paying and leaving & arriving back to my home town to take it to the shop, the shop informed me Wheeler Dealership only did a fluid drain according to the paperwork/receipt. Which is NOT what I had asked for. When I came to pick up my car, the staff were all really rude. Barely spoke with me, gave no information on what was done to my car, and sent me to the front to pay by pointing a finger. I don’t expect much, but if whoever is reading this actually cares about improvements, I would highly consider speaking with staff about the importance of costumer service. Especially if the client, isn’t being rude or asking for something ridiculous from staff. They made me feel worse on a day they was already pretty sh*tty thanks to my car. I hope nobody gets in trouble, but I do sincerely hope that the staff gets educated more on customer service. It makes a difference when somebody gets treated like staff cares about them and their car problems. Instead of making the costumer feel like they’re annoying and a stress to their work day. Thank you for your time.

When scheduling, was told appointment would take 3 hours. When I checked in I was told it would take longer - ended up taking 6 hours. There was an issue with being charged too much that was immediately corrected. Overall happy with experience but I do wish I’d had an accurate time estimate so I would not have planned to wait!
