On 8/10/2024, Tony & I went into Wheeler Mazda to traded My Mazda 6 (Rose red) in for a 2024 Mazda 3 (Channel). Let me tell you we had the BEST experience ever in buying this car. They were not pushy like bigger car dealers and treated us like we were family. ( & it didn't take all day like many I've been too).! We met Chase he was the greatest car salesman I've met. He listened and answered all questions about my car. He got a awesome deal for my car. Then we met Calvin the Assistant Manager and he had answers to all my questions. He was very knowledgeable on the Mazda 3. He also sent me links for things I need to get for my car.
Sergio the finance manager was also really good at his position. Overall this car buying experience was one of the best ones I've ever had. Everyone mentioned was very helpful. They definitely made my day. We will definitely be back to purchase
my next Mazda. Thank you again.

I will not take my car back for any reason.
They had my car in their possession for 2 weeks .
I had to call repeatedly to get any update on repairs being made .
The man that was my “advisor” seemed to be the only one who can answer any questions for me but he was ALWAYS busy and I would get told countless times I’d get a call back and NEVER received one .
I’d call back for the update and would be told “oh he went home sorry “
I was left two weeks with no form of transportation because wheeler told my warrenty place that the car was “driveable” but in no way was it safe for me and my 1 year old to drive. I was told multiple times my car would be ready a certain day and when that day came there was a reason for it to be pushed out further .
There communication was a joke , it took forever for the repairs to be done and I feel like I was taken as a joke .
I will not return

I have taken my car here to get serviced and repaired for the last six years and have not had any issues. However after today I will not be returning thanks to Jolene Woodford.
I brought my CX-5 in last September to get the brake light switch replaced. A month or so ago, I noticed that my brake light wouldn’t turn on until I pressed on the pedal half way. Lightly tapping on my brakes would not trigger my brake light and I found that to be a safety issue. I also noticed that there were times my push-to-start would not work unless I pressed my brake all the way to the floor when prior to the brake switch replacement, all I had to do was engage it maybe half way to turn on. I assumed that maybe these issues were related to the switch replacement. So I brought it in to get it checked out and possibly fixed.
When all is said and done, Jolene calls me to tell me my car is ready for pick up and when asked, she tells me that the “fix” she made had nothing to do with the replacement. She said that all she had to do was “adjust a tab on the brake pedal” in order for the lights to work. However, the brake light switch is what triggers the brake lights, so how are they not related? And if they’re not the same component, but right next to each other, how do they know that it wasn’t moved by the mechanic who made the replacement?
My husband went to pick up my car to question her further and she insisted that the two components had nothing to do with each other. To make matters worse, she told my husband to “make sure your wife actually presses on the brake in order to start the car” as if I don’t know how to use the car I’ve owned since 2015. My issue was not that I wasn’t engaging the brake, but that I needed to completely push it in (more than I usually had to) in order for it to work.
All this to say that Jolene is a scammer and condescending. But she was successful because I paid the ridiculous amount of $400 all just to “adjust a tab”. But guarantee, I will never come to this place again.

I had not decided to buy a vehicle that day however, the staff were on the spot quick and very polite, regardless of my purchase intention.

The worst service ever. I took it in three times this year for the same problem. They're not helpful. Their attitudes are all bad I don't recommend this place to anyone

I cannot thank the guys at Wheeler Auto enough-- I was coming through town in my Chevy Bolt, badly needing to charge. For some reason, was unable to charge the car at any public charge station in Yuba City or Marysville. With only a 10-mile range left in the car, I made it to Wheeler. They immediately checked the car and were able to start a charge. Then, they put me on a fast charge to get me enough miles to get back on the road. While I waited they gave me an ice cold water and comfy chair. I truly appreciate their fast and professional response to traveling nightmare! Thanks Wheeler!

Although Cole Wheeler did try to address my issue I must say the lack of communication and expectation of the service staff is much to be desired . The individuals at the service desk are not former mechanics so have no hands on experience. And also do not make available the foreperson to explain the characteristics of the new manufacturing changes to the newer vehicles that can change the way the vehicle operates and behaves .
That leads one to assume that said vehicle is not operating properly .
Look , This statement is my conclusion to what Cole Wheeler and his former Foreperson felt that my 2018 Chevy Silverado according to their view was normal operation for that year and model. What am I Saying ? I basically have to take their word for it. I was told if the issues got worse to bring it in. I can't help feel that there is a lack of leadership at this establishment.
Although this seems to be the new normal through out the industry that leaves the consumer in limbo. This fact is completely evident to me. I and my wife have experienced this with other dealerships . Does this make it right ? because everyone is doing this, obviously not .
I truly am at a loss of what to think. Maybe I should have kept my 91 Chevy Silverado instead of donating it to cars for kids . ? do I feel confident driving this truck that just turned 24 thousand no . I had more faith driving the 91 Chevy.
