The worst service ever. I took it in three times this year for the same problem. They're not helpful. Their attitudes are all bad I don't recommend this place to anyone

I cannot thank the guys at Wheeler Auto enough-- I was coming through town in my Chevy Bolt, badly needing to charge. For some reason, was unable to charge the car at any public charge station in Yuba City or Marysville. With only a 10-mile range left in the car, I made it to Wheeler. They immediately checked the car and were able to start a charge. Then, they put me on a fast charge to get me enough miles to get back on the road. While I waited they gave me an ice cold water and comfy chair. I truly appreciate their fast and professional response to traveling nightmare! Thanks Wheeler!

I have taken my vehicle here for service since purchasing in 2019. I trusted that the service inspection included breaks. Not once did they let me know my break pads were low. I ended up replacing pads, rotors and all. Do not trust that this place checks everything they should.

Listen to everyone when they say to stay far away from this place especially service. They will touch the inside of your car with their black greasy hands and wash your car when you specifically tell them not to. I paid a lot of money to have my car professionally detailed and ceramic coated. The professionals said to stay away from car washes as they put scratches on your car. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and balance and made sure they wrote no car wash. Well they are idiots and cannot read and washed it anyways and then are trying to act like it's not their fault. These are the worst crooks I've ever met and I will not take my car here ever again.

They need mechanics who actually know how to work on cars. If you can avoid going there...do it. Your personal mental health and bank account will happy!! They will charge you for stuff you did not need completed. If it's warranty related...take it to Roseville or Oroville...trust me it will be worth the time and inconvenience....You take it to wheeler and you'll go back because they screwed up something else....and because they worked on it first...its hard for another dealer to touch your vehicle after wheeler hands have been on it.

On April 24th I brought my vehicle to Wheeler Service Center in Yuba City for electrical system diagnosis. On May Third I was called by them and they informed me that my car had been vandalized and that my shift knob was taken, I asked what they were going to do about it and if certain other items were still there, which were always ignored, on May fourth I drove down there to verify what items were missing, the items I noticed were missing were as follows: COBB accessport v3 $675Atom AGS black 394g shift knob $99HP 15.6" Laptop $700 at time of purchaseDeWalt 12v USB charger $42Note that the car has no broken windows or signs of entry, so either they left it unlocked or someone used the keys.I then notified another service advisor about these items being missing, then heard nothing until I called and asked, at that point they didn't say anything except something about the owner's son figuring it out. The next day(May 9th) I called and asked to speak to the owner's son(Cole) and he said that it was none of their responsibility because they can't verify any of those items were in the car, and that they would pay for nothing, he did discount the diagnosis labor however. This diagnosis labor would have cost them very little(probably around 70 USD) and only cost me 585 compared to the $675 the COBB accessport was worth. On May 18th I was told the vehicle was ready to be picked up(Only after I asked since they had said that it would be done on the 16th). I then picked it up yesterday, May 22nd, and was charged $300 just for them to splice 6 wires. My car still has no shift knob(I had believed that this at least would be replaced since it was certainly verified as there) and was completely trashed with papers from the glove box and from a bag in the back, also damage/scratches around the ignition. Very shortly after leaving, I realized that my Bluetooth was not working and returned to the dealership. They advised me that it would likely be a few days before they could get to it and would take at least an hour, and said it would be free of charge if they decided that it was their doing, which by all of my experience with them I knew for certain they would not take responsibility for it. So after I returned home I began removing the radio to inspect the Bluetooth module(apps2car which was installed at least two owners ago), once removed I found that the Bluetooth module was gone. So a technician had to have taken it for themselves, leading me to believe that the other theft was done by one of the dealership's technicians.Today I called Cole and he stated that even if it is under their care, in their lot, and they leave it unlocked they are not responsible for any stolen items. They also stated that they have no security cameras anywhere. He also said he conducted an investigation and said that no one should have been behind the radio and that there was no reason a tech would want it. I find it extremely hard to believe that a thief would magically open it, take all the expensive stuff, remove the radio, take the Bluetooth module, put it back together, then scratch up around the ignition.Since they were unable to provide a resolution I do not believe that they should be an authorized GM or Mazda dealer/service provider. I would advise you not to take your car here under any circumstances.

We had the best experience buying a car from Jose at wheeler! He was so patient and kind! He didn't make us feel pressured into buying a car and he genuinely wanted us to leave happy with the car we chose. I would highly recommend Jose if you are in need of a new car

Got me into a 2018 WRX STI for a great price and were very helpful when we had questions! The manager Sergio went out of his way to get us the best financing possible and even had a very nice employee named Scott drive a couple hours to pick up the check to finalize the deal.

my experience last week was THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE. Our dream truck was a 2022 or 23 Chevy Colorado 4 Dr crew cab 4X4. Arriving we found it parked right in front of the dealership. Introduced by a professional sales consultant named Harold 111. Took for a short test drive. Loved it. Sat down and within a few hours we owned the truck. Very simple and easy business transaction. Finance officer Aaron equally professional and knowledgeable with our needs and wants. Very helpful. What a team they both are. Wheeler has a great duo there. Beautiful clean lobby and offices. Filled up tank. Pointed out how to use dash Radio. Bluetooth. Etc. loved the drive home on the highway. When your thinking of a car or truck you must give Wheeler Chevrolet a visit. You won't be disappointed! Great job guys. I'll be referring them to my friends and family.

Would have given them half a star but had to give them 1, complete waste of my time, gas, and effort, drove 20+ minutes just to get quoted 20k less than what my car is valued at. Shady business dont come down here.

I was in the market for a new car due to some unfortunate circumstances. I sent in an inquiry via email to Wheeler and heard back from Scott very promptly, set up an appointment and was there the next day looking at the vehicle I wanted. Scott was very thorough and knowledgeable. I ended up meeting with Aaron as well and the three of us hit it off tremendously. It was almost like I worked there and knew them for years. Great guys to say the least. I also had the pleasure of having Sergio helping me out as well. I did not end up getting a vehicle due to my employers moving their business. But was able to have some of the best service from these three gentleman over at Wheeler Auto Center. Sergio even came to my home to drop off the repayment of my down payment due to me being ill. For someone who didn't end up getting a vehicle from them I can say I was treated the best I have ever been treated at any car dealership. A huge thank you to Wheeler Auto Center, Scott, Aaron, and to Sergio. You three have my business and my recommendation for the rest of my life.

After an extensive search for a new Cadillac CT5, I found the perfect car online at Wheeler. After disappointing experiences dealing with other dealerships closer to home, I was pleasantly surprised by how well my buying experience went. We negotiated the entire deal online with their sales rep Marina who was excellent. She was so nice and responsive throughout the entire process and followed up after the sale to make sure everything was to our liking. We drove 3.5 hours to pick up the car from Fresno. The car was exactly as promised and so was the deal. No funny business, just the exact car and numbers that had been promised. The finance department was also exceptional and landed be a lower interest rate than both of my credit unions. I didn't like driving that far to buy a car but when the dealership does their job correctly, it made it worth it. Marina was really easy to work with and was super honest and attentive. Wheeler came through for me and I definitely recommend them!

I never write bad reviews for places, I believe in second chances, people having a bad day, we are all human, etc. But I also couldn't allow my experience to happen to others. When I read the reviews through here, I had the exact same thing happen to another individual. After working on my car for a routine service (oil change, inspection), a small leak started. The leak would burn off the exhaust pipes and cause smoke to come out. When I brought it in again to report the issue, they said I had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee - even though there was no issue with the car until right after it was serviced. Fine - I just want it fixed. I had a newborn and toddler at home I had to get back to, and we needed the car. After inspecting it, they tell me that the cap was not put on correctly after the oil change, so they fixed it and cleaned the oil off (they charged me for the cleaning - only $3 for some cleaner, but still really?). They did waive the $100 fee because it was their fault. I get home, and again, it's smoking. Unfortunately, this was also in December and we went through a pretty bad snow storm (did I note I live an HOUR away from this place because it's the closest mazda service center to me). I couldn't get the vehicle looked at again until mid January. At that point, they wanted to charge me again for the diagnostic. I argued with them that given the circumstances, I couldn't get in before their 30 day window. They said they would waive the fee if they were found to be at fault, but after 4 hours of waiting in the waiting room, that they would have to keep it overnight. Again, I'm an hour from this place, I didn't expect that and needed to drive the car back home until I could get a ride or a loaner to get back home. They suggested I spend the night at a hotel (seriously? again 2 kids, full time job, and I'm already paying for a diagnostic, I'm not paying for a hotel stay). When I finally bring the car back, they admit fault (they put in a wrong washer?) which caused oil to leak over onto the exhaust. Yet for some reason, it will still take them overnight to fix it. They waived the $100 fee and did find me a loaner car. However, it took them 4 days to finally fix it. Fast forward to August, and again, smoke. I refused to go back to this place to deal with them again, so I went to another mazda service center. They were able to find the issue immediately (defected oil valve), filed it under the warranty, no charges to me.

After searching a couple of dealerships, I found Wheeler Auto Center to be the best to buy our family Tahoe. The service and follow up has been great. Thank you to Elton and Sergio for taking care of us.
