The price of a simple Oil change went up almost 50% from the last service a few months ago. ($69 to $99) I will be looking somewhere else for this service.

We didn’t like the sales assistant and manager. They didn’t give us our rebates like it showed on the add. Plus Calvin said he was giving us $33,000 for our trade and didn’t keep his word. Plus manager said we get 3 years free oil changes and they lied to us again. Will never buy there again. Horrible experience there

HORRIBLE !!!
Took 3 days to evaluate a brake sensor. What’s worse is they called me to pick up love you truck … I drive off and light appears again. Took it right back and asked them why the light still on ? After looking it up I was told it was never fixed …. But they gave me the service paperwork with all the work done ? Makes me wonder what other repairs are done that really aren’t done.

I called Monday morning April15th to get an estimate for the replacement of the amplifier in my 2018 Chevy Tahoe, no one from the service department called me back. Later, I called your parts department for the part number for the amplifier so I could replace it myself. The parts guy said he was not permitted to provide that information. But thank you Epic Chevrolet for giving me the info I needed and I will continue to do business there.

Brought my truck in for diagnostics on Friday was told they’d try to start on it then but for sure on mon day and then they would call me back once they started looking at my truck. That day came and went no call. So I called them the following Friday to see any updates. Was told they were waiting for another truck to compare to mine and it was supposed to be in that night and they would give me a call back if it got there. So again I waited never got a call had to call back the next day to be told it never got there and it should be there later that day and again they would be giving me a call to update me when it got there. Never got that call waited a few more days they’ve now had it about two weeks and I have learned nothing about what’s wrong with it. Called back again and then was told they weren’t waiting for another Colorado to compare and they were just still waiting to take a look at my truck. So I finally voice how frustrating this whole thing has been I’m on week 3 almost 4 at this point. Then miraculously 30 mins after that call they send me a quote for my high pressure fuel pump but they only wanted to replace that after telling me there’s metal in the system so not even a true fix to the entire problem. The entire fuels system including injectors would need to be changed if there was truly metal on the lines. So I just picked my truck up to take it else where. When I got home I realized they had completely forgot to put back in my inner wheel well shroud. Then had to play phone tag to get someone to be responsible for forgetting to put my truck all the way back together. Over all worst most up helpful experience I have ever had with any dealership or service shop. Ronnie is primarily who I felt with and he could not be responsible for one thing he did. The only helpful person was the sales manager that answered and hunted down the service manager Ronnie to get me my part back to my truck.
