Hours are posted 9:am-2pm on Saturday.I visited at 12:20 pm, they are closed, no sign, asked a Raleys employee if they are closed for lunch he said no they don’t close for lunch and they just closed early today.

They took my complaint down. So I’m writing back so everyone knows that they have horrible customer service. They knew I needed to do a wire transfer because a lady came 40 mins before closing and asked me what I needed. They finally came back to me once everyone left the bank and said they couldn’t help me because it was passed their wire transfer time. Easily could have told me come the next day, but instead had me waiting like a clown. Horrible customer service and I’ll be switching banks after this experience.

Place is absolute garbage! My mother went in to talk to an employee about a change on her account that she never authorized. Not only did the employee helping my mom lie to her, he claimed that she was being hostile for asking questions. No one should talk to a customer who has questions about her account and claim that she is lying. Go to another Wells Fargo and keep away from this poor business.

Be careful banking here. The bank manager is incompetent. She's not aware of Wells Fargo policies and will try to hold your money unnecessarily.

I use to have a credit card that I couldn't pay off in one go. So I stuck to the monthly payments from my other bank account through another bank. They charged me a 40$ late fee every time, i finally got fed up with them and paid it off after they said my card had denied my payment and they charged me almost 30$ for a check return fee. ? crappiest bank ever.

The most disrespectful banker ive ever met. My girlfriend wanted to open a checking /savings account with a large check. We arrived at 5pm. They close at 7pm we were told to come back in an hour at 6pm no problem.we came back and were treated by the banker like we were imposing and she would miss her dinner appointment. Very unprofessional.i hope she made her dinner but she should really reconsider her occupation as a banker

Love them, they have always been very helpful. I will never go back to the other branch. I had some fees that were incurred do to them putting a hold on a check that I had deposited at the other branch even tho I was told there would not be a hold and it had posted the next day then they pulled the funds. They were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Once the check hold was lifted I still had lots of fees added to my account, I went in and they were very helpful and promptly resolved my issue. I didn't get any of their names, but they were all very nice.

Terrible treatment of a long time customer! I had a small check to cash written out to me by my employee from a different Wells Fargo bank. I have a Wells Fargo credit card and picture ID. The funds were available. Her signature was verified. I have a corporation. My employee was at a funeral for her grandmother. They refused to cash the check without contacting her first. The teller disappeared for 20 minutes. I waited before they refused to cash the check. This is why you should not ever go to this branch of Wells Fargo bank. When I became upset the young lady behind the counter, Raman, taking care of my problem was snickering and thought it was funny.
