The tellers are fairly nice but the wait time is horrible. Most of the time it’s at least 20-30 minutes standing in line because of the 10 windows they have, only 2-3 tellers are working. They obviously know their busy time and should staff accordingly, poor management.

Stopped in during a busy time of day, but they're doing s lot of things we'll. 1. Security guard welcoming folks in and opening doors. It's small things like this that make banks more humane. 2. Love the mural on the wall, Wells clearly has its roots planted in Yuba city, and this mural is evident of the investment they've made to support local business and culture. 3. Young lady came over to ask if I needed help, and assisted another customer making a deposit. I don't bank here, but if I lived local, I'd give them my business. Corporations like Wells Fargo are known for allowing corporate culture to flow down from the top, then using this blueprint across the nations without paying attention to the local community. Wells Fargo should take a closer look, and have this branch serve as an example for others to follow. Spoke to the business relationship banker, turned this 4 star review into a 5!

Horrible. Every time i go in, there are at least 10-12 customers waiting in line. I go in and take about 20min waiting time just to get attended if iam lucky. At the back there are about 4-5 tellers hanging out, and always only 1 or maybe 2 tellers actually helping customers. Ive been a customer since 2009 but I think iam done, will look for a bank that attends their customers.

Every time I come to this location it's always long lines, long waiting time less tellers to handle the long lines. Find new bank to go to

Worst bank ever don't go there if you're are ever in a crunch for time. Understaffed and even when they have full staff they are slow.

Very disappointed today.. After having made an appointment and getting a confirmation call, whomever was supposed to handle my appointment wasn't there and had to to wait 15 minutes after that time to see anyone.While there were plenty of employees not attending to anyone...No teamwork

Horrible customer service. They came and asked me if I Needed help 40 mins before closing. They took so long and when I was finally helped they told me it was passed their cutoff time. Basically had me sitting there in the lobby like a clown and wasted all my time. Not even a sorry what a joke of bank. I will be changing banks after this horrible!!!!

I got there 6 mins before 5:00 pm and waited for over 20 mins before I could talk with a teller. She told me I have to make appointment to come back since how late that was or call customer services to get help. While I was telling my issues, she walked to the door and opened door for other people come out even the door wasn't locked from inside???. I ended up just walked out and never came back. She awared I live far away but still didn't want to help. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Extremely friendly, helpful, genuine Bankers, Tellers and Management. It seems like a common complaint is how busy the branch is, which based on the location should be expected. It's right on the highway, come on people. I've been a Wells Fargo Customer for about 6 months but I can tell you they are just as Busy at Chase Bank's location on Harter Rd and the Customer Service I've received from Wells is nothing compared to Chase (been with Chase for 6+ years). I highly recommend this branch and Bank as their Customer Service is top tier and they reach all my needs.

My family and I needed to add some additional information to 9 accounts. My sister is her from out of state and was leaving early morning the next day. Jasvir B. was awesome and fit us in. We had to leave for another appointment and she made an appointment for us to come back later so we could take of the business before my sister had to leave. She was so helpful in guiding us on the best options and patient. We so appreciate this high quality service when our family is feeling so overwhelmed.
