Stopped in during a busy time of day, but they're doing s lot of things we'll. 1. Security guard welcoming folks in and opening doors. It's small things like this that make banks more humane. 2. Love the mural on the wall, Wells clearly has its roots planted in Yuba city, and this mural is evident of the investment they've made to support local business and culture. 3. Young lady came over to ask if I needed help, and assisted another customer making a deposit. I don't bank here, but if I lived local, I'd give them my business. Corporations like Wells Fargo are known for allowing corporate culture to flow down from the top, then using this blueprint across the nations without paying attention to the local community. Wells Fargo should take a closer look, and have this branch serve as an example for others to follow. Spoke to the business relationship banker, turned this 4 star review into a 5!

Extremely friendly, helpful, genuine Bankers, Tellers and Management. It seems like a common complaint is how busy the branch is, which based on the location should be expected. It's right on the highway, come on people. I've been a Wells Fargo Customer for about 6 months but I can tell you they are just as Busy at Chase Bank's location on Harter Rd and the Customer Service I've received from Wells is nothing compared to Chase (been with Chase for 6+ years). I highly recommend this branch and Bank as their Customer Service is top tier and they reach all my needs.

My family and I needed to add some additional information to 9 accounts. My sister is her from out of state and was leaving early morning the next day. Jasvir B. was awesome and fit us in. We had to leave for another appointment and she made an appointment for us to come back later so we could take of the business before my sister had to leave. She was so helpful in guiding us on the best options and patient. We so appreciate this high quality service when our family is feeling so overwhelmed.

When I started my business about 5 yrs ago I did some shopping around for a bank to link up with, Wells Fargo sold me a bridge to nowhere. They proceed to tell me they have a special area for business owners for quick transactions, I WAS SOLD @ that point along with the other "business perks". They no longer have a dedicated area as they described stating they don't want to discriminate, sorry but my time is very valuable and am so sick of having this place waste it on basic transactions I was told, "Can be done in no time." What a joke !This is Daily/weekly

Many helpful tellers but management does care to resolve problems created by Wells Fargo. I had to go in, in person to make an appointment next week and. One back, in person to fix a glitch in online banking. No eye contact from manager, no help, didn't give his name, no empathy, no apology just a appointment to resolve the problem, next week. I'd give this branch zero if I could. I'm sad the branch in Penn Valley is closing. Do not open an account at this branch! Awful.

Making a business deposit you should be prepared to wait in line for 25 minutes and that's at the business teller window. Most of my visits I find even the business teller closes her window to go to the backroom to count money. When she does she asks the non-commercial teller next to her to take her customers. The non-commercial teller then takes her business customers along with the personal accounts. Also, because she is the non-commercial teller she doesn't handle your business quickly as she is unfamiliar and always has to get an approval for your deposit as it's for more than she's cleared to handle. I wouldn't complain if it were only occasionally but it's been happening on a regular basis. Whatever happened to being guaranteed to be at the teller window within a few minutes?

Horrible customer service! I waited 30 minutes to deposit a check. Complaining to the manager did no good. Avoid this branch if at all possible. Actually you might want to avoid Wells Fargo altogether. I have had numerous problems with them. Funny how their mistakes are always in their favor and trying to get them to fix them is always a hassle.

I love this bank. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I've never had any issues besides a long wait on Friday afternoons but that's to be expected.

This banks customer service is horrible. To put it in perspective I opened an account and closed it within two hours. I will not trust my money with such a horrible company. Seems to me that they do not strive for customer satisfaction WHATSOEVER. Thanks for wasting my time!

Not only does wellsfargo suck but this branch is equally as horrible! Extremely long lines no matter when you go and horrible customer service skills. I left this bank for chase and haven't regretted it one bit. Unfortunately my home mortgage got sold to them and I'm back in the same boat dealing with idiotic bank again. Don't bank here they suck. Go to chase. Always friendly, short lines, even have coffee and cookies out for their customers.

Wells Fargo isn't my bank, but my mom uses them. Because I don't have an ATM card for her acct, I have to walk in to make a deposit in person a couple times a month. Debbie is so sweet and friendly. I'm always happy when I happen to get her. The customer service people of the world need more Debbie's!!!
