Edit: machine gave almost $3 in change. Employee said policy they can't give dollar bills. Refused to even put a sign on the machine. This is pure laziness or lack of concern for the customer.

Decent Wal-Mart. Some workers don't have the best customer service but it is a Wal-Mart so it is what it is, lol.
