I had an appointment for a vaccine and filled out the online questionnaire. Not only weee they very late they had me do the questionnaire on paper. What is the point of the online questionnaire if you just have to do it again!

Great place to buy merchandise or products whichever you prefer one stop shop customer service is great cleanliness is clean bathroom also clean polite ,courteous, cashier very nice shelve well stocked nice and neat enjoyable atmosphere recommend coming here for all your stuff needs drinks etc enjoy everything about it

Photo department is terrible. They never have orders ready on time and don't bother to call customers. They are rude and lack customer service.

USE ANY PHARMACY OTHER THAN WALGREENS. The days of big pharmacy stores serving all is over. I can throw a rock and break their windows, from my house to Walgreens... they aren't taking new patients that take pain meds. I fill 6 diff. prescriptions they would gladly fill, except 1... the one medication keeping me from leaving this world full of pain.

I have been getting my perscriptions at Walgreens in San Jose for years. They had great customer service and I loved them! I am now switching to another pharmacy. I called them on the phone to get a prescription filled. They said it would be ready the next day at 11 am. They said they never got a request. When I showed her on my phone that I called there was no apology simply a ya, we don't always get those... The young lady that had helped me the last few times talks to me like I am stupid and when I am asking questions she says things to me "LIKE I said" wth! She would stop me mid-sentence to tell me wrong information like they don't take covered Ca insurance. PFF I have been getting my medicine there for years. Once, maybe and it's a bad day but be nasty twice and then it's a pattern. WOW! I felt like she was being prejudiced. BYE

I have been with Walgreens (pharmacy) since 1989 and have had minimal problems. And there is one pharmacist named Maneesh? (I'm sure I spelled his name wrong :/) who seems to work 24/7. He's always there no matter what day or time I go in and he's ALWAYS been so helpful and caring. He treats you like a human being and not a number. And for me, that is so appreciated & valued. He's better than my doctors and seems to know more & care about his "customers" than my doctors. As long as there is pharmacists with his knowledge & kindness at Walgreens, I will be a Walgreens customer for life !!!

It still seems like they don't have it together for online orders. They are inconsistent. Yesterday I put an order in with my prescriptions assuming I could pick them up curbside like the app said but was instructed to pick them up at the pharmacy window that was closed so I had to call when I got there an ask if I could just get my order without my prescriptions so I could get the stuff I needed for that night and they kindly brought me the rest of my order. Great customer service. Today I notice I need one more thing so I order it to be picked up in the drive thru with my prescriptions. Well the email told me to go to the pharmacy window but the text told me to the photo counter. I called to get this changed and they said it was fine but when I got there my order was still at the photo counter and she had to go get it. I also waited 3 hrs for it to be filled. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong in the app or what. Their phone system also sucks and never understands what I'm saying or just doesn't hear me at all even if I'm yelling. Frustrating.

Managers, there's a certain staff in your pharmacy section needs retraining in customer relation program just a friendly reminder their attitude toward customers need paying attention to..thank you.

I was suprised when I was asked by the store manager if I wanted my COVID shot. She proceeded by asking everyone around her, customers and staff. She was persistent at asking the staff members and pressuring them to get one now, saying how she will give them one and it will save their life. I'm sure her staff knew it was available to get one if they wanted to and there was no need for her to act as unprofessional as she did. I will not be shopping at this walgreens anymore.

I been going to this Walgreens forever now. I gotta say the staff here are so helpful and very friendly. Today I did an online pick up order. Like in 10 mins or so I got a notification it was ready. Wow!!, that was fast! When I walked into Walgreens I'm greeted by Simran, with a big smile and "welcome to Walgreens" . I told her I had a pick up order. Even though she was busy organizing the shelf she went to go check on my order with no hesitation. She even showed me all my coupons I attached and used and what I saved. It was a $30 before coupons and I paid $8 and some change. Yassss..,, Great deal, I can't be mad at that! I'm a very happy customer. Thanks again.

The main pharmacist there is so grouchy all the time and rude. At first I thought it was just towards me but I got in a conversation with another customer who was waiting in line with me and he told me this man is always nasty and impatient with him too! I got a text saying that my prescription was ready and when I got there to pick it up he told me I had to wait because it wouldn't be ready for 10-15 minutes!!!! Very disorganized and under staffed. Changing pharmacy- I don't need a rude pharmacy staff with all this other crazy stuff going on in the world

Great place to shop they always have everything you need. It's close by where I live so I can just walk there. And they allow pets inside so I can bring my dog with me when I go.

Thee absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to... The 1 hour pharmacy employees lie about their operating hours. They claim they can't take 1 hour photo jobs after 7Pm, while they close at 10... The other Walgreens in town take orders up to 9pm: Also, I used their pharmacy because both of my kids were sick and this location was the closest to my house. The insurance messed up and denied payment for my son's antibiotics because they paid for thought they paid for his antibiotics the day before... When in reality they had paid for my daughter's the day before (both kids' names start with Isa). Instead of calling the insurance to sort it, seeing that they had both orders in their system; they told me to call my insurance to sort it out! Seriously? That's your damn job. Anyway, I ended by going to my usual Walgreens (Tharp and Colusa) and they took care of everything themselves.
