Have used this service for 3 years not anymore. They are not responsive to questions and don't care if your medicine isn't going through insurance they will just cancel or delay it without reaching out to you or the dr.

Worst pharmacy in town. Twice post OP I have been delayed my pain meds. They text your order is ready for pick up you get there and it's not ready or has been filled but waiting on doctors ok. So they wont release it yet they send you a text that it's ready. Ridiculous way to do business. Lines are forever long and know one seems to have a clue what they are doing. Absolutely worst customer service.

The pharmacy is horrible. They are too lazy to do their job and then try to argue with them when you call them out on it. Horrible customer service. They rather take your money than bill your insurance, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were pocketing it.

Super disrespectful pharmacist staff. I asked kindly regarding my order and got an attitude and rude lecture of them not excepting new customers. When in fact i was in the past. I was fine with being told they couldn't help me bit i did not need the unkind attitude when I'm already stressed enough. After this interaction i can see why i did change pharmacies. Heads up if your already not well and just want to be able to be treated with dignity don't even waste your time here. I rather wait on back ordered medication then ever give them any support in their business.

Absolute worst pharmacy … no communication if your medication is back ordered or anything at all.. they just cancel the prescription without notifying you or your doctor so you can address the issue ,it is completely crazy Then top that with the terrible entitled employees and 20 plus minute wait…. Switching pharmacy’s asap

Drive-thru is incredibly slow. 20 to 30 minute wait is pretty standard. I've tried going in before but that wasn't any faster. It's ridiculous that they'll let a car sit for 10 or 15 minutes while they fill their prescription without making them pull around so they can help others with prescriptions that are already done. Maybe if they hadn't taken out their second line, that could be their waiting line. Terrible pharmacy, choose another if you can, especially if you get a lot of medication.

Horrible pharmacy drive thru!! The wait is forever!! Your car will overheat or run out of gas before you'll be getting your order!! Do better Walgreens!!

Quite possibly the rudest pharmacy techs. Prescriptions always out of stock and you wait days then they cancel your Prescription. Try other pharmacies in the area.

Not the best for pharmacy needs. They're friendly when they're there. They have a window of time when they take their lunch break, which is fine, except they're always late from lunch!

I have never seen such blatant disregard for a customer. We travel a lot and was told that Walgreen was the best pharmacy to get Rx on the road so we switched. We had no problems getting Rx on the road in different towns. Once home, we did a refill, two weeks after multiple phone calls to Walgreens and the doctor because you don’t know which one is falling down one the job, we switch back to our previous pharmacy and we get results. So in the end Walgreens wasn’t doing their job! My husband is on heart meds and went a week without his meds because of Walgreens blatant disregard for their customer! Shame on you Walgreens Yuba city cal on Tharp/hwy20!

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Slow to process, fill and update you on the status of your prescription.Prescriptions are,always out of stock and you wait days for them to get a new shipment but then they cancel your Prescription because it was in their cue for too long. Patient care and customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. Overall poorly ran and unprofessional.

This Walgreens has the worst service ever , people that work there are not customer oriented. They do not think for them selfs and have Blatant disregard for you time and needs . Who ever the manager is needs to be fired and go work for the government , because they are only there to collect a check !!!
