Have used this service for 3 years not anymore. They are not responsive to questions and don't care if your medicine isn't going through insurance they will just cancel or delay it without reaching out to you or the dr.

The pharmacy is horrible. They are too lazy to do their job and then try to argue with them when you call them out on it. Horrible customer service. They rather take your money than bill your insurance, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were pocketing it.

Absolute worst pharmacy … no communication if your medication is back ordered or anything at all.. they just cancel the prescription without notifying you or your doctor so you can address the issue ,it is completely crazy Then top that with the terrible entitled employees and 20 plus minute wait….
