Nail tech was very rude, she's rushing to pick colors, told her I was still looking, she said pick color or go somewhere else. If I pay for expensive Nail dip, I'm going to make sure I like the color, do not waste your money here. They just want to rush you so they can collect. They don't care about their clients if they're satisfied

I requested a full set. I had just got done gardening so I had dirt under my nails. First she starts using tools from a "clean" bin. Cuts my nails and just throws it back in. Not clean at all. Then she just starts gluing the tips on. I asked if she could clean out the dirt. Which she was confused by. And then tells me she can't. She can't because she clued the tips to my skin. I told her to go ahead and just take the tips off and forget it. She semi took the tips off. Just filed them down and buffed them out. As I was walking out they tried to get me to pay them for what they did. No ma'am.

Very patient, ttook their time and price us average around for manicure. Need more up-to-date nail knowledge and items. Good spa.

Excellent at doing pedicures, not so great at manicures though, I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed. The lady still told me to tip her for the messed up nails.

My daughter was given a gift card for Christmas from this business. They did a horrible job on her nails, cut her three times on three seperate fingers and the gel polish is chipping off already. They wouldn't take the gift card because it was a business card with $30 written on it. That's all that was given to her, she didn't have any other paperwork. Horrible service, we waited over 30 minutes. Customers who were in there had their children throwing the nail polish bottles on the ground! Another customer was talking on her cell with speaker phone on and saying bi$%& and the n word over and over. Who does that?

Got my eyebrows waxed expensive for a wax 15$ but it was the only place open so I decided to give them a try and the lady made my eyebrows uneven and I told her all I wanted was them cleaned up.

Went here for the first time last week. I didn’t ask for what I really wanted, instead I got a basic full set because it was the first time I figured a basic set would come out decent. I was wrong. The guy that did them left me with lumpy nails, couldn’t even do a basic square shape. Put one coat of gel on some fingers, 2 on others. I repeatedly asked for the shape to be fixed until I finally gave up and filed them myself when I got home. Will never come here again.Service: Acrylic nails

Wouldn't listen to what I asked for or didn't want her to do. Go there only if u don't care how ur nails get done. They are going to do their way regardless of what customer wants

Be prepared to pay! They have upcharches they do not advertised like example I got a pedicure for $45 and gel color that they don't have a price for advertised! Ask before you get! up charge was $15 for gel! Lady was ok and ended up doing not a good job she rushed my pedí! Also got a $25 many with extra $15 for gel color! Crazy! Paid $95 total! And they still tell you how much tip before they charge your card! Not going back! You don't get money worth !Services: Manicure

Love LOVE this place. The employees welcomed me in like they've known me for years. They are very kind and fast. The salon is clean and stunning. I've been to this nail salon only twice but each time I'm in and out within an hour and a half. My nails look absolutely beautiful and they last over a month. They also have deals going though out the year. I highly recommend this place.

I took my little sister here to get her nails done for her birthday present and we were treated horribly. The two men who did our nails we very rude and didn't let us choose what we wanted. My sister asked if she could show him a picture of what she wanted and he said "No I know what i'm doing" and then proceeded to give her the complete wrong shape and style of nails she asked for. He told her she couldn't even look at her nails while he was doing them. She sat there uncomfortable the whole time with her head turned. He didn't care how it looked, as soon as I sat down he started applying the acrylics without cleaning up my cuticles. When I asked him to clean them up he told me that it costs extra. That is something you never have to even ask let alone pay extra for at any other nail salon. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back and do not bring young girls in here as they will be disrespected and treated awful by these rude men.
